I wouldn't go back here again, at least not during their busy times otherwise you may be waiting for your drinks for a while. I'm not even sure how long my order was just sitting there.

I recently ordered from Tapioca Express two drinks along with a large popcorn chicken. Despite paying an additional $4-5, the portion size was disappointingly small and seemed quite regular. The chicken itself was mediocre, leaning towards dry. However, I appreciated that it came with two complimentary sauces and there was a wide selection to choose from. The most concerning issue was with one of the drinks--a mango lassi with boba. After a few sips, I discovered pieces of shredded acrylic or plastic in the drink. Absolutely unacceptable and questioning this stores safety hazards. I was unable to enjoy the drinks or the rest of the food, resulting in wasted money on both the items and delivery fees. read more

You're telling me 8oz is ok that you shorted me on. 20 oz for $7, but only serve me 12oz. 8oz of ice you're selling people on. Smh Check the cups people.
