I love the mango yogurt Frost and add boba it so good I can't wait to try more one there menu, the staff member was super nice and she said this was a good choice.

I visited this store on Tuesday, April 29 around 2:45pm and ordered five drinks. The girl taking my order kept asking "Is there anything else?" after each drink in a way that felt rushed and impatient. The same thing happened to my mom on April 20 with the same employee. The drinks were okay, but the service was not. I hope she gets some guidance on how to interact better with customers. The cashier name on the reciept is Jasarel.

4.5 Loved the food, it was crisp and well seasoned. The workers were nice and quick and the boba was sweet and flavored well. Would recommend (also get some Phillipino hot dogs from seafood city while you're there).

The service was that good but the people were nice The drink wasn't sweet very strong so if u like that then it's a good drink for u it's just not what I personally like

Pros: we had fresh boba, Delicious flavors: avocado, matcha & peppermint mocha snow bubbles Convenient location inside Seafood City Great parking (compared to other locations) Friendly service (the girl who gave our order was very nice and very asked if we wanted a bag+holder for our drinks) Cons: Other boba spots have a rewards/points program They didn't ask for my name nor did they give me a number which would help for order tracking I tried something new with the peppermint mocha flavor, so that's on me. Usually I'm a taro, mango... type. It was fine. Not as flavorful as I'd hope.

We usually get boba every time we shop at seafood city and get 3-4 drinks each time. Snow bubble drinks. We never really stray from our norm orders: strawberry, mango, avocado, or lychee. Everything we get with boba except lychee, I like to add lychee jellies. Today was the first time that all our drinks were not blended/crushed thoroughly. From now on, I feel like I'm going to have to make sure the young kids making the drinks blend longer. And it wasn't just one drink. It was all 3 of our drinks.

First time in this Tapioca Express. I asked the girl who was working what was her recommendation and she said green tea KitKat and it tastes exactly like it! Just enough sweetening and boba. My friend got the Guava slush with lychee jello and aloe it was fresh! If you don't want a smoothie type of drink I really recommend the Guava drink. Highly recommend this place. Love love it! I judge boba place by their tapioca balls and it's sweet and soft! Bobalicious!! Located in seafood city.. I'm not a huge boba person, but then again, I realize I've said in about 5 other boba spot reviews. Haha. Anyways.. typical food court style service, you order and it only takes a minute or two for your drinks to be ready. Majority of their drinks are powder based, but they do have some that are made with fresh ingredients. Husband is a fan of their avocado smoothie, which is made with fresh avocados. I've had their taro smoothies, as well as the green tea kit kat.. both are pretty flavorful. With the green tea kit kat, you really get that matcha flavor, but didn't really taste that white chocolate. Ahh well. I had it with boba, and seems like they were a little skimpy with the boba. Another drink I like from tapex that I haven't had in a while, is their yogurt drinks. Seriously, it tastes like you're drinking yogurt. I like it with strawberry. Also, Right at the counter, they have a list of other flavor combinations you can try aside from the standard options on the menu.

    Thai Tea w/ Boba

This review has less to do with this specific location and more to do with the franchise's choice in flavors. There's an assortment of flavors available here, but there are three in my book you have to get absolutely right: Thai Tea, Taro, and Green Tea Matcha. These are absolute staples in my preferred indulgent tea alternatives. I've had all 3, none of which were particularly impressive. Most recently, I ordered the iced Thai Tea with Boba - which tasted primarily like milk and lacked the creamy, herbal, warmth (flavorwise) that Thai Tea possesses. It was overdone with milk. The staff was very accommodating when I asked them to make the Thai Tea flavor stronger. They were kind and handled the situation quickly. The color came out much more orange, alas the flavor still tasted quite watered down, like the powder or syrup being used just lacked a key ingredient. This is not a judgement on the staff's ability to create wonderful drinks, this is about the ingredients or supplies used during the crafting process. Also, if they offered non-dairy alternatives for these flavors, I would have scored differently. Points of redemption go to the caffiene levels in the Thai Tea specifically, despite lack of flavor, it does not lack in function.

Flavor is great BUT, disappointing! when your basically ordering crushed ice only to find out half the ice is not crushed. 2 for 3 now (26OCT2022 @1540ish)

I wanted to grab some delicious and refreshing treats and found this place on Yelp with incredible reviews and had to give it a shot. First of all, you'll need to resist the temptation to order EVERYTHING on the menu because you could easily eat and drink your way through the whole thing. I went with the mangonaeda and bought one for me and one for my son. The nachos looked awesome and while it wasn't exactly in the "refreshing" category, a boy's got to eat right? The fruit was delicious and the chamoy straw is always a treat. I'll be honest, I almost didn't make it back to camp with the second drink because it was that good. Now let's talk about the nachos. Don't you hate it when you see an incredible pile of nachos and all the topings and goodies are on top and they're virtually never and more layered throughout the chips and by the time you get to the bottom, you've just got dry chips? I hate that. Well apparently these fine folks didn't read that recipe book and there were so many jalapenos and so much cheese I actually ran out of chips before I ran out of the toppings. It was an epic snacking experience. Keep up the fine work you're doing here and I can't wait to see you again.

There's a plethora of spots just like this one that share the Mexican Frutería niche but will attend you better and with less of a hassle. The prices are expensive and the service is mediocre. I've consistently waited awkwardly in line for minutes on end despite the fact that there is 3 employees in the back doing a whole lot of nothing and their penny pinching has just bugged me out because they still have the nerve to overcharge items and upcharge card processing fees all while screwing the consumer. Their business model isn't good and I try not to judge on first impressions but they've let me down on multiple different ocassions. This time, we went for some tostilocos after we had a sudden craving for them after eating at Tacos el Güero next door (Check their adobada 99¢ tacos!!) and were let down by their lackluster flavor as well as the lacking chacachacas. We paid 8 dollars, 160 god forsaken pesos for some wack tostilocos that weren't worth the time or money we spent on them. Not only that, but I went back to ask if they had chacachacas and the girl had the audacity to say they did but if I wanted some she'd have to charge me extra. Stingy ahhh ho keep your chacachacas, matter fact keep everything cause I'm never back to this place again. The food isn't particularly bad but the vibes and energy is off. I wish I could like this place but the employees and the policies just suck and it's the kind of small business that you really can't support. It's not being ran properly and the business model just isn't up to par with other nearby options that execute it significantly better so goodbye Mango Manila, it's been a displeasure.
