Val is just Aces, hands down. I am having a problem with the Saleen and it not starting due to calibration with the keys. I texted him up and told him the issue. Instead of him capitalizing on my stupidity of thinking its all key, he explained to me its not really the keys at all but its an issue with the ignition cylinder of the PCM, which saved me money with him, but led to money with someone else but point being, he is honest and really down to earth and wants to get you the help you need. Not only did the owner text me back after closing hour to book my appointment, but he had me send a picture of my lock to make sure they had it in stock ( they did and it's not a usual kind). I would never use this locksmith I had an appointment with Val at 12:00 PM he called and asked if he could come early, I said, no, 12:00 is great. At 11:45 AM I walk out to my car and Val has opened my car door and trunk and is inside my car this is not only unprofessional but unacceptable! My daughter was locked out of her room. I sent a message to this company at 7:30am and he got back to me right away. I needed a morning appointment on the same day and was able to be here by 10am. He was able to jimmy the door in seconds and noticed the lock was on the wrong side (brand new house and installed in correctly) He fixed it and now we are able to open it with a pin from now on. Also, I haven't been able to open my glovebox in my mini van and couldn't figure out why. He said it is because it's a valet key and not master key. So, I'm having him make me a master key.
