I was in a bind and needed a locksmith asap. I called a couple places without any luck. When I called Robert he literally was in his car on his way before we hung up! He followed up with a text and an update on his ETA. He arrived within the hour and began to tackle the locks. He explained what he was doing as he worked and re-keyed a more complicated lock and 2 others. He adjusted the strike plate on one of the doors and even let me borrow his tape measure!
