Called Cantrell's Lock & Key on a sunday evening due to an emergency which required us to change all of the locks in our house. He got to our house within 10 minutes and finished all of our exterior locks within an hour of arrival. The price was very fair and the service was efficient. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a lock smith and / or a good laugh (he has many stories to tell, lol) read more

Robert came to correct a bad lock install. Not only did he adjust the working parts, he shaved the plate and made other adjustments beyond the scope of the original plan. I had another issue this morning with the door. Robert was at my house by 8:30 and corrected the issue. Robert is punctual and efficient. I highly recommend. read more

Simply put: the most positive experience I could have hoped for. Locked out of a rental and made the call. Got to the venue we were at in such a short time and immediately was ready to help. Helped us get in the car because we thought we left the keys in the car. Got into the car quickly with no damage at all but turns out the keys weren't there. Thinking that I had wasted money and now to go find the keys alone; without hesitation he pulls out a flashlight and goes let's retrace your steps. Helped me look for about 20 minutes and actually was the one who ended up finding them! Was soo appreciative and can't imagine how much more expensive everything would have been without the help. I couldn't recommend them enough!! read more

I had two reasons to contact Robert within the last month to help me with key problems. The first was to open the cap on my new used truck. I could not get the key to work and bent it. Robert responded to my problem and was here helping me within 1 hour, even though it was outside of business hours when I called and probably could have been scheduled. It was not an emergency. A couple of weeks later, I realized I had lost my house keys. I called him back and again, he was very responsive. He came over and re-keyed my locks for me. I was very happy with the service and would use him again in the future. read more

Rob is, fair, honest and straight up the man. We called a non local company (not master key locksmiths) that ended up being a little late so we called Rob. Rob was heading our way when the original locksmith we called was about to arrive. We called Rob and told him that we didn't need his services anymore And offered to pay for his time. Rob said he wouldn't feel comfortable charging us. In addition, he informed us about the non local based scams that occur in Napa. Scam deets: an Israeli person rolls up in a brand new Tesla and says the going rate is about $400 to get you in your car. Bam - that is exactly what happened. Luckily Rob gave me advice on how to handle it and it worked. If you need a locksmith for your home, business or car, call Rob.... You won't regret it. THANKS ROB! read more
