Simply put: the most positive experience I could have hoped for. Locked out of a rental and made the call. Got to the venue we were at in such a short time and immediately was ready to help. Helped us get in the car because we thought we left the keys in the car. Got into the car quickly with no damage at all but turns out the keys weren't there. I had two reasons to contact Robert within the last month to help me with key problems. The first was to open the cap on my new used truck. I could not get the key to work and bent it. Robert responded to my problem and was here helping me within 1 hour, even though it was outside of business hours when I called and probably could have been scheduled. It was not an emergency.
