I've only ever passed through Yuma traveling around the Southwest, but never stopped to check it…read moreout. I've definitely been missing out. Prison Hill is the classic brewery serving a great variety of beers and food. Lineup for the night: Chango Malo (stout), Crimin Ale (cream ale), Peanut Butter Stout. Each beer was phenomenal in mouth feel as I like the richer, creamier beers. Chango malo had a lovely cocoa flavor. Peanut Butter stout actually tasted like peanut butter without being offensive. You can taste the peanuts behind the butter. The Crimin ale had a good mouth feel but pro tip - don't have a lighter beer between two heavier ones with spicy food. It gets a bit overpowered. On the topic of food, I had the Wrecker sandwich. Soft roll, smoked meat, and crunchy slaw made for a good dichotomy of texture in the sandwich. When you see smoke rings in a bbq sandwich, you know you're eating some primo shit. I'm not a big fan of spicy though but this was the right amount between the slaw and the fresh jalapeños. I felt like deviating from the usual burger and it was a good choice. Looking around at some of the other plates, I don't think I couldve gone wrong. Solid venue, good food, good beer, great staff. Usually I'm not into chains and handcuffs but if it means ending up at Prison Hill, lock me up baby.

I've ate here twice now. The first time was in 2023 and again in March of 2026. The first time I…read moregot "The Jail Bird" and with sidewinder fries. It was very good! Tonight I got the "Prison Hill Smoked Meat Plate" with the tri-tip and brisket with sidewinder fries and macaroni salad as my sides. I must say I was not impressed with this meal. The meat just didn't have much flavor in my opinion. I'd go back for sure because the service is good and the atmosphere is very casual, but I'll try something else next time.

Inferno Grill: Where the food is hotter than my ex's new boyfriend and twice as satisfying!…read moreListen, I rolled into Inferno Grill expecting the usual "eh, it's fine" vibe, but NOPE. This place straight-up kidnapped my taste buds and held them for ransom in the best way possible. The steak? Cooked so perfectly it should come with a marriage proposal and a safe word. Juicy, charred, melt-in-your-mouth ridiculousness that ruined every other steak I'll ever eat for the rest of my life. The mac & cheese so creamy it's basically foreplay on a plate. And the spicy honey-glazed wings? I saw the light, people. There was a choir. They were holding tiny forks. But the real MVP, the absolute queen, the human sunshine with a tray = RACHELY. This legend doesn't just serve food; she conducts a full symphony of flavor and chaos. She refilled my drink before I knew I was thirsty, roasted me gently for ordering the steak "medium-rare like a real man" (her words), and when I went full savage on the "inferno-level" heat, she slid a milkshake across the table like a drug dealer and whispered, "You're gonna need this, tough guy." I did. I cried. It was glorious. 10/10 would let her clown me again. Bottom line: Inferno Grill is a public safety hazard. I came for dinner and left planning my next three visits like I'm casing the joint. Bring stretchy pants, zero shame, and beg the universe for Rachely, because without her your night is only 499% perfect instead of a flaming, glorious 500%. Inferno Grill: Come for the flames, stay because Rachely won't let you leave without a food coma and a crush on both her and that steak.(Seriously, I'm still thinking about it. Send help... or a to-go box and Rachely's schedule.)
