I decided to take the drive out there, after arriving too early on one attempt I came back to try again and they were open! I met Nate, tending the bar. Nate was awesome. We had a great conversation about all kinds of stuff like Michigan. I had to have him bake me one of their Red Baron pizzas. The bar is long and roomy with tables along the wall if you would rather face your friends or date. It was hot and sticky in Mexicali when I was there, but when the weather starts to cool down I will definitely sit in the patio and enjoy an ice cold beer and maybe a smoke.
