She walked me thru the entire spray process (physically got up and showed me) and I was in-and-out in less than 15 minutes! SO I decided to go back yesterday and join the UV membership to build a tan for my wedding in 3 weeks. Another girl walked me through the UV process and advised me on how much time I should start at. It went smooth and I'm so excited to go back again! I also like the music volume knob in the room, you can stand and dance inside instead of having to lay still for 6+ minutes. LOVE!

Underwhelmed and in a membership for 57 more days now (yes, I'm counting) until I can go to a place with better customer service --- Update: I believe in being honest in business and as a business owner, definitely think fair and honest reviews are important. I also think sometimes we are busy, human, stressed, multitasking... whatever. The first day the owner was here after purchasing my membership, I found her to be completely rude. I was taken aback by the way she spoke to me. Since, I have been here often, probably 4-5 days a week, and she is here maybe 3 of those. She has been courteous, friendly, and done an excellent job with customer service, in spite of my negative review. I don't even know if she has seen it, nor has she spoken to me about it, but having had the exchanges I have had with her since makes me think it was a 1 time miscommunication. I have found the rest of their staff to be friendly and proficient as well. So I'm updating my review to reflect a much better experience than my initial impression. Had I not paid for a membership I would have never come back. I might consider keeping my membership. #redemption

I hate the procedure for the machine spray tan. I looked up a place online that was all natural and would not irritate my sensitive skin. The location is at a residence in my neighborhood, although I thought this was odd, it turned out to be a wonderful experience. I could not remember what the girl's name is that took care of me but she was very personable, made me feel comfortable right away. she explained the colors and pricing and followed up to make sure that I did all the prep necessary before my spray tan. Their website has good information on how to get ready for your spray tan and the Aftercare as well. I wanted to tan nude so that I would not have any tan lines and was worried I would not feel comfortable, this was definitely not an issue. From start to finish took about 20 minutes and I was on my way home. The price is definitely reasonable and they do have packages to purchase to save you even more. I used my credit card and tipped her in cash. Good job Bunzies! I will return.

I've been going to PBT on and off for years, mostly for spray tans. Last year I tried their 4-pack…read moreof sauna sessions with red light therapy and really enjoyed it -- it was warm, relaxing, and close to home. That's what made me decide to join a membership when I got an email deal in August. On 8/22 I signed up for the $49.95/month wellness membership, thinking it included the same sauna with red light I had enjoyed before. I was clear to "T" when I signed up I wanted what I used in the 4-pack and repeated to her that I was buying the membership with red light sauna and she confirmed with me that I was. Unfortunately, I never got to use it once. My first visit, the sauna wouldn't turn on at all and I was told a manager would call me (no one ever did). When I came back, I found out my membership didn't actually include the red light sauna at all -- and the one that does is $69.95/month, a price that isn't even listed anywhere. I was told "they don't really advertise it" by the Manager. Luckily, the manager was there that night and since I hadn't been able to use it at all, I cancelled that night and was told a refund would take 10-14 days (still waiting to see if it covers both partial August and September). The employees I interacted with were all friendly and tried to help, so I don't blame them. But the memberships are very confusing, and management really needs to train the team so customers know exactly what they're buying. Disappointing, because I was excited after trying the 4-pack, but never got to use the membership I thought I was signing up for.

I went in tonight about 30 minutes before closing and asked for my same thing I always ask for. I asked if she was trying to talk me out of a service that I asked for and I'm willing to pay for. Again she repeated herself saying that tanning for the next few days with the lower bed would be useless. I wonder if her manager knows that she's talking people out of getting services and because I know my body and I know they're tanning beds that I've used I know that I will achieve the light tan I was trying to achieve. And instead, I will drive a little bit further down the road and go to celebrity tanning where they have a comparable bed and use my accelerant since this location of Perfect Tan -no longer wants to serve their community.
