I never went to tan more than six times within those six months, even though they did not have a contract with me. Then they turned around and now they're trying to sue me because I won't let them charge me anymore saying that I signed a contract, but their attorney refused to just show me where I signed anything. There is no signature online for me because I never signed anything so therefore they are doing illegal practices and I'm gonna sue them for everything they are worth. Not to mention that every time I went into tan, the only tanning bed that was worth using was always broken, which was another reason I canceled with them. Now I'm being told I wasn't allowed to cancel, even though I never signed a contract.

No trial offers - no buy a week or buy 3 days trial... agreement only with minimum 3 month commitment. *** IF you downgrade your plan, be prepared to RESET your commitment term!! And then be prepared for you to have to chase someone down through all communication types for weeks to get a response / confirm your cancellation. - SEE PICTURES!! 3. Tan results are horrible!!! I was getting incredible results at other nearby local indoor tanning facilities, I just wanted to tab closer to home... big mistake!! 4. One of the girls boyfriend was hanging out in the waiting room while I waited for my husband to use a bed before me. and it was really uncomfortable as a female to have a boy just waiting around for extended time, not there for tanning. 5. Only one of each bed, plan to wait for other people to come out of beds. - level 2 = lay down only on a bed that looks like it's from 1995 - it's crusty inside and thick with filth - SEE PICTURES - level 3 = only stand up bed - it's decent, tan is 4 out if 10 though - level 4 = lay down only, it's got some gross filth built up inside of it. For a level 4 bed this bed is worse than the level 2 in regard to tan results.

I was clear to "T" when I signed up I wanted what I used in the 4-pack and repeated to her that I was buying the membership with red light sauna and she confirmed with me that I was. Unfortunately, I never got to use it once. My first visit, the sauna wouldn't turn on at all and I was told a manager would call me (no one ever did). When I came back, I found out my membership didn't actually include the red light sauna at all -- and the one that does is $69.95/month, a price that isn't even listed anywhere. I was told "they don't really advertise it" by the Manager. Luckily, the manager was there that night and since I hadn't been able to use it at all, I cancelled that night and was told a refund would take 10-14 days (still waiting to see if it covers both partial August and September). The employees I interacted with were all friendly and tried to help, so I don't blame them. But the memberships are very confusing, and management really needs to train the team so customers know exactly what they're buying. Disappointing, because I was excited after trying the 4-pack, but never got to use the membership I thought I was signing up for.

I had a membership for 3 years before the new owner took over in 2023. First she stopped supplying goggles, then she took the towels away. That's when I quit. The first time i had to put my clothes back on my sweat dripping skin with no way to dry off, I was done. She doesn't keep the bulbs swapped out like the original owner did. The fact that the original owner had a service company come in regularly to change out bulbs BEFORE they burned out, so his clients always got what they were paying for, has been lost on the new owner and under her management was the first time I experienced a session without the full lighting I paid for. She also raised the prices by a lot for newbies. Why 2 stars and not a 1? Because the girls who work there are great, they get 5 stars!
