I will never again use CELEBRITY TANNING in Crossroads. Before, when they were CLUB TAN, they were family, friendly, personal. Now they're a corporate hustle. They gave us a (false) gift of converting all of our single credits into celebrity single sessions, so we had a boatload of sessions available for free. Suddenly, we go in this weekend, and "corporate decided to wipe those out." Oh OK, thanks for letting us know that your gift was total BS. You don't take away a gift, geniuses. You lost 2 decade long patrons of your predecessor and now you, and I hope everyone who reads this, on top of it who now know you cannot be trusted, Celebrity Tanning in Crossroads. Bye! read more

Celebrity Tanning used to be a great place to tan. Over the years they've changed. I started with them way back in 2003. At that time unlimited tanning was $18.00 dollars a month for unlimited tanning. Things have changed over the years and their prices have gone up to a ridiculous amount. I understand inflation and the cost of doing business. However they have an agreement in writing that says if you put your account on hold/freeze the account, your rate is locked in. Not true. I've been trying to reach their "customer service" department, for 3&1/2 weeks now, I finally got a generic email saying "they couldn't honor that price"! I'm so angry, I've left them 8 voicemails and 6 emails. Non of the issues I have with Celebrity Tanning have been resolved and they haven't offered a solution nor did they respond to me with anything other than a generic emails. I've decided to close my account after 20 years because I can't get any help nor am I able to speak with anyone. I would give them 0 stars however you can't do that on the website. Awesome beds! Great staff! Could have a bit more training for the new peeps. Very clean. Tanning tax needs to be explained at sign up. Also I feel as credits should have been applied for 2 days I was there no beds functioning except spray or basic. Long time wait etc and no one had clue or seemed to worry about it. I almost never leave reviews but this place deserved one. The two girls working were so helpful and sweet to me with my 10,000 questions about the tanning beds and spray tans. I recently signed up for a membership here and I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else. I am fairly new to tanning but I did their room 2 and got color right away after coming out and then I did a spray tan (which I was super nervous about being orange) but I did the mystic sprayer and I'm so tan for my trip this weekend. I also used the Sahara Jewel lotion because I got 40% off for signing up. Such a great salon and the cheapest prices by far. read more

I am extremely disappointed in this place. I have reached out to the cooperate office three times by email and phone call and I have received nothing back. This is horrible customer service. My sister told me about this place after our gym was shut down. Everyone was wonderful. Very helpful. Now that my gym is closed again I'm interested in a tanning package. I love the hemp lotions there. I respect that all the employees I have encountered have knowledge about the beds and the spray tans as well as after care. Thanks for looking out for me. read more

The staff here is always friendly and helpful. Everything is clean, but my only complaint is that the bed misters have not been working for awhile otherwise this is a great place for your tanning needs. read more

I bought a tanning package at this salon in preparation for a vacation. The tanning beds are very nice, and everything is always well sanitized/cleaned between uses. All the employees are very nice and greet you with a smile every time you walk in. They have no problem helping with whatever you need and can answer all your questions about tanning. I wasn't planning on keeping my membership longer than a month, but I'm so happy with the results I think I'm going to keep coming back! read more

Pretty good! Got tan af! Went in this place and I was like, "yo can I get a tan?" And they was like "For sure family." So I got in the room and took my drawers off and tanned my nether region for about 3-4 hours. No complaints on my wife's side, ya heard. read more

I came here a couple weeks ago because it's convenient and right next to my gym. The blonde girl working who claimed she was the manager was so rude. It seemed like all she cared about was the sale and tried talking me into purchasing an overpriced bottle of lotion and to sign up for the most expensive membership and did not have any patience to answer any of my questions. I spent $45 on a spray tan (I've never spent more than $30 for one) and the machine only instructed to turn once to spray the front and back, not the sides! So I spent $45 and now have to go over my entire body with home self tanner to get the stripes down the sides of my body. Won't go back unfortunately. The manager at this location is VERY rude. She does not greet you when you walk in and is ALWAYS on her phone. Does not stand up is always sitting down and doing absolutely nothing. Not someone who should be representing the store. All the other girls are great. read more

I signed up with a spray tan package. I originally went in for just one spray tan before I went on vacation, but I was really impressed with the salon, cleanliness and customer service so I signed up for a package. I also intend on adding a tanning bed membership since my gym where I normally tan is closed. I managed tanning salons for 10 years (9 years ago) so kudos to the whole staff and management for doing a stellar job and keeping up with sanitation. The customer service is on point! read more
