I have used Casey a few times and it's never been great. I have been going elsewhere but due to some scheduling conflict I tried it again. She is always in a hurry. I asked for a dark tan I needed it to last for 5 days. She didn't buff anything sprayed me in less than 5 min. I barely even had a tan line the next day. I emailed her and asked for a refund with no response. Lesson learned. She clearly doesn't enjoy her job anymore and is always in a hurry. read more

So I recently had a spray tan with another girl and it went awful. I decided to contact Casey because of her Instagram pictures. When I first texted her, she stated she was out of town or something for her birthday and for me to contact her when I was back in town. I started texting her 3 days ago for an appointment. I also had questions about the tan. I have yet to get a response back from her. Figuring she may be out of town or something I brushed it off. That was until a friend of mine Texted her and got a response right away, about 5 minutes after I texted her and an appointment to come in on Monday!! Just super weird and not professional at all, I sent 3 texts that were ALL IGNORED. When my friend confronted her, she told my friend she was looking at the wrong day and is fully booked Monday! Haha. Why is this girl playing games with customers?? She has poor customer service as far as I'm concerned. My said she booked an appointment for her without even asking her name as well?! Maybe she didn't like the questions I asked about the tan? No clue but it's disappointing and rude I felt like I was bothering her. I will find another person, they are a dime a dozen and others will appreciate my business. I will attach photos so you can see how my texts were ignored but my friends was not. first pic is of my friends second two are me being ignored finally I stuck up for myself. I have only great things to say about this spray tan experience. My first ever spray tan about sent me to the hospital, I couldn't breathe .... you know one of those booth spray tans... Needless to say, I was very apprehensive about getting one and it had been several years. However, I had a family reunion to attend, and so I thought I would give it a go. Casey is extremely professional, puts you right at ease, and she knows her stuff! When I had trouble with the color, she offered to re-apply another color shade on me and that did the trick! I chose SunShy based on Yelp reviews, but unlike the other reviewers, I had some issues with my tan. At first, I thought everything was good, but the next day, my tan was way too dark, even though I specifically stated I didn't want too dark of a tan that looked unnatural. The tan was also uneven in places and my palms were orange! The tan did last longer than others, but I have had better spray tans and unfortunately, won't be back. read more
