I have been coming to this location for years and always asked for the same tan bed and use my accelerant. I went in tonight about 30 minutes before closing and asked for my same thing I always ask for. She informed me that that would be a waste of my money and I wouldn't get any tan from the lower beds? that they I must purchase from a higher bed to achieve a long lasting tan. I asked if she was trying to talk me out of a service that I asked for and I'm willing to pay for. Again she repeated herself saying that tanning for the next few days with the lower bed would be useless. I wonder if her manager knows that she's talking people out of getting services and because I know my body and I know they're tanning beds that I've used I know that I will achieve the light tan I was trying to achieve. And instead, I will drive a little bit further down the road and go to celebrity tanning where they have a comparable bed and use my accelerant since this location of Perfect Tan -no longer wants to serve their community. read more

Called to make a spray tan appointment today for my daughters 17th birthday. They didn't have anything available, but asked if they could call me back to see if they could get us in last minute. Not only 5 minutes later, I got a call from Alicia to let me know that they could accommodate us at our preferred time. It was my daughters first time getting a spray tan, and she said that Alicia made her feel very comfortable and welcome. Shawn the owner did hes sell pitch by talking badly about club tan which is really a great place. At no time when Shawn was selling me did he ever talk about a minimum 3 months membership. Then i when i no longer want to go to perfect tan Shawn wavied this contract in my face. Ive tanned in many places but this place is like renting from a slum lord. So i paid for 2nd month which the creepy guy Shawn couldn't wait to charge me late fee. All he wants is your money. Went tonight and the woman at counter said i couldn't have the the bed i wanted because i used the day before. The law reads 24 hours between uses which i was. She still said no. Really liked the people but they didn't do what I wanted. I said I wanted to go dark and I'm only about a shade darker which is pretty disappointing. I've had better sprays in the past, but I just moved to Phoenix so I thought I would give this one a try. Would probably go again and just have them put on another coat. read more

My daughter went to this horrible place of business and told the front desk it's her first time tanning... artificially. With no direction as a first time tanning customer, she tried to figure out the whole process and half way through her session her eyes starting hurting with extreme headaches and had to quit her session. She asked the lady, "am I supposed to have goggles?" All the lady said was, "oh yeah, I forgot about that. Sorry." And didn't even bat an eye. This is her first time! I would never do business here again. I signed up for a12 month contract in their best bed and after a year they kept charging me, claiming that they needed a 30 day notice to cancel my contract even though I had just signed up for 12 months. When I informed them that I had not been made aware of this at the time of the sale, they were rude, acted like it was my problem, didn't refund the 13th month they charged and told me that they had been doing this for 8 years and this is just how it was done. I would highly recommend avoiding this location as they do not do honest business and their customer service is atrocious. read more

This place is a joke. All the women who work here have ridiculous attitudes. Like they're doing you a favor by doing their job. I paid for an expensive bed that I rarely get to use. When I do wait for that bed, they don't clean it after someone leaves they just sit around until you remind them that you're waiting to use it. Once they never even cleaned the bed between me and my friend using it. If a bed is available you still have to wait for them to clean it before you can go in which they look really pissed about anyway. Then they have the nerve to tell you to gather their stuff out of the room. How lazy can a person be, you'd swear they weren't getting paid to be there. The beds are expensive and I'm not even getting what I paid for most of the time. When I asked how many times I got to use it the girl lied until I told her that I hadn't used it that many times then she had to go back on what she said. I wish there was a closer tanning salon to where I live. I won't be joining again after my month expires. read more

Biggest headache I have ever encountered with a business. Signed up for a year membership with them in November. Got double chard for the month of December and has to dispute one of the charges. Then I paid extra to upgrade my membership because I wasn't tanning as quickly as i wanted to. Went in for the month of January and was told my membership was canceled and when I asked why the girl working said idk it just says its canceled. So annoying. So then I paid $76 more dollars for a two week membership so I could tan for an event I had coming up. After 2 tans I get a call from the owner saying "i don't know what your're trying to pull here with all these memberships and disputing charges so you're not allowed to tan here until i speak to you" rudest voice mail I have ever received. So i call everyday for for 3 days and the girls working say she will be here in a few, or she will call you back or shes not gonna be here for a couple weeks. Mind you my event i wanna tan for is in two days and i havent been able to tan at all. to make matters worse they continued to charge me another membership fee for my membership that is so called canceled. I am disputing both charges and will never go back here again. read more
