I love the staff, everyone is always so friendly and addresses me by name when I arrive. The facility is always clean & I love how nobody is pushy about buying their lotions. I've heard about heavy sales pressure at other places... I can't stand that! I literally can't imagine using another tanning place. They have a wide selection of beds, their pricing is very reasonable. I have only used the stand up tanning bed. They also offer spray tanning, if you're into that. I'm flying out tonight and received an email advertising "Try Any Service for $10," including a spray tan with 3 additives. Perfect timing, so I figured I'd stop at the Tempe location on my way to work. Before going, I specifically checked the fine print in the email AND the website because I wanted to make sure there wasn't a "new clients only" restriction. I didn't see one. When I arrived, the receptionist asked if I had received the promotional email, which I showed her. She checked me in using my ID and then told me that because I was a former client, the promotion didn't apply -- apparently it's only for new clients. I explained that nowhere in the fine print I could find did it say "new clients only." She was nice about it and even called her manager, so my frustration isn't with her. They discussed my account and determined my last visit was August 30th of last year and that I could use the offer once a full year had passed. So apparently I'm eligible in a few weeks...but not today. ‍ I left without getting the spray tan. If a promotion has eligibility restrictions, especially something as significant as "new clients only" or "you haven't visited in a year," that should be clearly stated BEFORE someone makes the trip to the salon. I'll include screenshots of both the email I received and the website promotion because this is exactly why customers need to read the fine print -- although apparently even that isn't always enough. Unsubscribing this time. For good.

Sold a package because of how the pricing is structured. The payments are reoccurring and was charged for a month I didn't use. Started the process of cancelling (they make it difficult) and while in the process was charged AGAIN. So now we're at charged for 2 months and I visited 0 times. Asked for refund for just one of the months not both. Had to email corporate, physically go into the store and spent 15 minutes filling out a form for review by district manager. So after multiple phone calls, emails and driving 20 minutes to and from to fill out the stupid form, they said no. It was only $69 but more the principle of you wasted not only my money but now my time and the entire process was aggravating. $69 is a cheap price to keep a customer.

I found this place when I was driving around due to being new in the area. I went in and fell in love! Its so warm and welcoming and Magdalena was so nice and professional and super knowledgeable. I booked my appointment to come back. I ended up doing a microdermabrasion treatment, it was amazing my skin never felt so good and looked that good. It was my first time getting it done which Magdalena walked me through everything and told me what to do after my treatment so I get better results. I ended up coming back and getting a deep pore cleansing facial it felt amazing so amazing i fell asleep. I have never had this clear of skin and its never looked healthier. Everything is so clean and she is always sanitizing everything. I highly recommend this place! The prices are awesome, for what you get I cant believe how low the cost is. read more

During the past few years I have tried several skin care salons since I suffer from melasma and dark circles. Since I found this place a couple years ago my skin has improved 100% and It is the best decision I've ever made. During the consultation I was of course asked for my medical history which I provided I let them know I had fibromyalgia at that time. (it is not the owner or the manager in the room with you during the initial consultation, so they are not fully aware of the information provided) I also opened an account through cherry which is a financial institution The Glow Method is affiliated with in order to pay for the procedure per their options. I scheduled my procedure for about 4 months in advance. I made several on time payments as directed. At my Pre-Op appointment I went in and discussed the procedure with Eliza and she advised me against the procedure due to my Fibromyalgia and how much it would hurt, which I was very grateful that she let me know at the time. (When I mentioned this to the manager later on, she brushed it off and stated she wasn't aware that this was the reason for my cancellation ) So I asked Eliza if I could cancel and get a refund for what I've paid into the procedure and she said it would be no problem. Well.. it was a problem. The Glow Method ended up refunding Cherry only a partial payment and they kept the rest around $1500. After several weeks of going in circles with Amber the manager, I was basically told nothing could be done to refund anything else as the Cherry account was closed and they were keeping the deposit of 20% of the total $7,500 which I was not informed about in any consultation (read the fine print ladies) Amber kept having me track her down to figure out what was going on which was incredibly frustrating. She just kept saying she's working on it... If she knew they were keeping the money, then why have me go in circles trying to contact them to follow up? The "transparency" they claim to have was not coming through. I guess the company must be in dire need in order to keep that much money for absolutely no services provided. At one point Amber even mocked and said, "well what do you want me to do give you a check? we don't have checks here at the office haha." This happened to a friend of mine a few years back where they also kept her $2000 cash and wouldn't refund it and that was not 20% of her total. (I had hoped I wouldn't go through the same thing I guess) So if you plan on getting a procedure of this magnitude keep in mind that you will lose any money you have paid into the procedure if you need to cancel, even if you were advised to do so.... This was an incredibly expensive "consultation" I guess I donated to a poor pathetic cause. Ladies there are so many other places to receive these types of services. Don't risk this amount of money on a company that responds in this manner when something comes up.. especially a medical reason. You just never know what can happen by the time your procedure arrives and you may need to cancel, you don't want to lose that much money.
