Also, there's no trash cans in each room, no towels (they only give you 1 paper towel if you ask), and no full body mirrors. Just a tiny 10x10 mirror that is way too high up. Frankly, if I am paying monthly for unlimited services, I expect the bare minimum for hygienic necessities such as a towel. I brought this up to the manager in a very polite way, she told me I should just cancel my membership. She was clearly defensive and did not take te feedback well. I was not rude to her and just tried to explain this would really improve the customer experience. But, if they don't want me there as a customer, I rather spend my money elsewhere at a salon that provides better customer service and at the very least, the basic necessities. What a way to turn customers away! Def would not recommend this salon.

During my entire Brazilian wax, Melissa did not wear gloves at any point. I also personally observed her reuse applicator sticks by placing them back into the wax after they had already made contact with my skin. She also wiped the area from back to front during the service. There was no cleansing or skin preparation before she began waxing. The waxing technique itself was also disappointing. Several areas were waxed repeatedly because the hair was not being removed adequately, which made the service much more uncomfortable than necessary. Despite the repeated passes, I still left with visible hair remaining in both my Brazilian area and underarms. I have had Brazilian waxes before, so I understand that techniques can vary between providers. However, my concerns here were primarily about sanitation and basic professional practices, not personal preference. I did contact management afterward, and I want to give them credit for how they handled my complaint. They responded promptly, acknowledged that my sanitation and service concerns were valid, apologized, and issued a full refund for both services. I genuinely appreciate their response. Unfortunately, my individual experience with Melissa was still concerning enough that I felt it was important to share for other clients considering booking waxing services.

She explained the process the different options and results of each. She really gave me all the information I needed without unnecessary details. Super helpful for my first time. Overall she walked me through every step of the process made me feel super comfortable, she was upbeat, positive, and she followed up the next day to see how the tan was doing. Again this is a studio setting it's a single room with just the two of you in the studio which I liked, and Denise made it a great first experience, and what I most appreciated was that I felt like I knew everything to expect and to do following the visit.

When I called her back because I didn't receive a call back from her, she told me the manager would call me back but she said she had no idea when that would happen. I love the staff, everyone is always so friendly and addresses me by name when I arrive. The facility is always clean & I love how nobody is pushy about buying their lotions. I've heard about heavy sales pressure at other places... I can't stand that! I literally can't imagine using another tanning place. They have a wide selection of beds, their pricing is very reasonable. I have only used the stand up tanning bed. They also offer spray tanning, if you're into that.
