I would absolutely suggest this tanning salon. Very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and can't wait to go back!

Laken helped me at the front desk when I explained what my goals were and what I was looking for. She took her time and explained all the options I had to choose from. She gave me tips how to get the most from my tanning and walked me back and explained how the bed works and made sure it was cleaned before I got in. Only negative I have for the location is that is seems old and needs updating, however the customer service was great and I got my tan in! read more

Signed up for spray tan membership but after 2 months I was informed that they no longer did spray tans on Sunday. They only book out two weeks per their employee's two week schedule and after I wait for the new schedule to request a date and time I still have to wait to see if the spray tech would be available to come in. After four months I didn't feel like my $99.00/month membership was worth the frustrations. My local nail salon does a better job scheduling their services and making me feels like my business is valued. I am opting to take my money elsewhere. read more

Staffing issues galore. Don't purchase a spray tan package. They rarely have any open times. $99 for one or two (if you are lucky) tans a month is ridiculous. Then they have the audacity to ask for a tip after they treat you like you are doing them a favor by paying $50 per tan. The are too many other businesses that treat their customers better. They have multiple options for how dark you want to go and let me be serious.... Get the lava. Go dark!! I also really like how they have options for lotion before the spray to help it set in quicker and they have tons of after lotions to make your spray extend! Also can not forget about the tanning beds. I tanned here for a while and at my most recent visit, I came out of the lay down bed to see a man up on a ladder changing the a/c filters in the middle of business hours. The walls to the rooms do not go all the way up, as with most tanning salons. I could see the back of the mans head while I was butt naked and was so mortified. I opened the door to see he had all the vents open and was about to change every filter while there were girls in the rooms tanning. I sent them a message telling them about it and how inappropriate it was and NEVER received a response. It's been almost a week and I don't want any other girls to risk having this same experience. Do not go here, you are not safe with these staff members and they will not respect your privacy whatsoever. read more

A girl working here named Nikilah was amazing! Great customer service from her! I've yet to do the tanning beds but disappointed about the spray tan. The force was so strong that I almost had to step out to take a breather. I also used the barrier cream as instructed and it still caused a lot of unwanted tan lines before an event I was attending. I probably won't return for another spray tan because of this but I'll certainly continue due to the hair excellent customer service and to try out the beds! I've just recently started going to this tanning salon and I'm pleasantly pleased. I used to go to one that only offered standup beds, so it's a nice change of pace. I actually much rather lay down for tanning seeing as I come right after working out. Since I had just cancelled my previous membership, I didn't realize there was a sign up fee for this place as I didn't see any mention of it online. I'm trying to budget so paying an extra fee alongside the monthly membership didn't make financial sense for me. Instead I just come every other week (instead of my usual once/week). Unless they do a special where they waive the fee if you sign up for a monthly membership, I will just pay the $9ish bucks and come every two weeks. However, I do enjoy the Jolly Ranchers they leave out and that they provide you eyewear. My last place didn't do that and I always ended up losing mine. read more

I really like SUNCHAIN. Their hours make tanning accessible to me either before or after work. The associates are always extremely friendly. They just had a remodel and unfortunately they were closed. They extended packages so the customer wasn't affected by their closure. Great cust service. When I went in to inquire about the special there were not strings attached and sign up was so easy. They also have a great monthly rate which I will also sign up for.
