Been coming to this location for years, the gals at reception are always smiling and helpful, will explain all the different price tiers and what bed is best for your needs. Tried to get a refund 3 months ago said they would but still charging me.... I called again 4 days ago the girl said she couldn't help me but someone with authority would call me next day still nothing... This is becoming a shady experience . I would never deal with them again...I will try and share this message elsewhere to protect people from this type experience. One comment was call 1-800 number which I did nothing, talk to my manager/owner which I did she said it was canceled , nothing, latest if you live out of town which I'm from Canada can't help you we need you in person and that was not what I was told as I signed up just call and cancel anytime ... My favorite tanning spot in the valley! I go to use the spray tan machine, and they never disappoint!

Avoid this place at all cost! I was scammed for a product I didn't need or want. Called about some after tan shower gel. Sent my husband to grab it. He was sold the COMPLETELY WRONG product. It's NOT a shower product but a lotion (which I already have and don't need). I kindly asked to return it as it was not used or even opened and was told I could not return any products. Mind you, not even 1 hour had passed. I was given a phone number at corporate that no one ever answers and now I am out $50. My husband feels awful because he "trusted the professionals" and I think the whole thing was a scam to sell products she knew they couldn't take back. There is no chance the girl selling this thought it was a shower gel, because it clearly states lotion. read more

First visit and based on my experience the negative reviews are wrong. Ashley made me feel welcome from the moment I walked inside. She took her time to make sure I understood how to work the bed and explained all the package options. I will definitely be back! read more

I have been coming now for a couple years. I went down to the lowest package... WOW! Rooms 2 & 3 are disgustingly dirty. The fans that blow air are literally worthless. This establishment has zero customer service. They closed my account when closing their doors for corona virus. They also did not make any customers aware they were closing or reopening. So when trying to come back they said my membership has been canceled and I have to pay a enrollment fee and some other B.S. fee. They charged my debit card for two months and I only received eligibility for one month due to them closing their doors. This place is not a place you want to spend your money or do business. Katie is competant and really makes you feel welcome. If she isn't manager, she should be. I stopped going for a year because the previous lady was really rude. The Versa bed wasn't working well and it was a rip off. I had been there many times before and even took a picture to show that it wasn't working as well as all the previous years. She was rude about it and I never got a call back from management. I started going back because Katie was warm and friendly and the most competant employee I've seen there in years. read more

It's Christmas Eve morning and I'm going home for the holidays. (San Diego) thought maybe I would "Pop-in" in for a quick spray. Using Safari to navigate the site for stores hours. I started to read some of the reviews. I dare say they aren't positive . I feel awful for those who haven't enjoyed the same experience I have. I bought one of those Groupons last year. Mainly used the Tempe location until I bought a home in Mesa. The one I frequent now is located off Power Rd. I am always greeted with a nice ,"hello, or big smile." I have never felt like a nuance or interruption. If you're using a salon you understand. . . Just recently I noticed my spray session didn't seem to show any visible results. When I called saying the machine may be malfunctioning. The attendant offered an additional spray. (Not the reason I called in) and apologized. Supper annoying having to wait to tan while she signs up new members. This is the 3rd time I've had to sit and wait for 5-10 min this month. Then the new members get the bed that I use so I have to wait for them to get done.....another 10-15 min read more

The recent customer service has been very disappointing. I called corporate before writing this to try and resolve. One out of two times I tan here, the top of the beds are not wiped clean. I've mentioned it to the staff. The Mystic Tan room is rarely clean- floor/carpet is sticky and the booth is still wet a lot. And now- I bought lotion that did not meet my expectations and waited a month for someone to assist me. I told 3 employees, and when I finally had enough, I was told I had to give the lotion back immediately and she would contact corporate. I said ok but then when I asked what I could tan with that day- she said I could buy a new bottle or a $7 packet. I asked if she had a free sample or something I could use that day due to my inconvenience and I got major attitude. Long story short- this in not a location to brag about. Maybe the others are- but I can't go somewhere like this again. read more

After years of California tanning , I encountered a most unpleasant salon when I moved here, in the middle of a move from S. California into my new house here, I missed the 18th by one day an explained I traveled yesterday to get to Mesa. I was told I paid for last month but lost privilege of using it by one day despite the unusual circumstances. I would would have been a year round client had the head person the girl called been so unreasonable . A contact is a contract". They can't run my credit card through today as they have my old billing address which I changed today so they had nothing to gain. Pig headed and unprofessional , the girl once maligned the Elite Nail shop next door when I asked for references . This is an unfortunate picture of business in Mesa . Beware Seniors, do not sign a contract with these people. You will regret it. Find another salon. There are lots of them. read more

Every time I come in no matter the location, I am amazed by the amount of exceptional customer service! came in today and was a little confused on which bed I should do, but Haylee was amazing and gave me a tour of the beds. She suggested a diamond level (my new favorite bed) to give me a deeper tan. SO happy with my experience! Highly suggest coming to this place! read more
