Brisket, Ribs, green beans and sweet corn casserole

Bruce and ruby made this spot much more than just a bbq meal. Great friendly people who are making some delicious well priced bbq You can tell Bruce also takes pride in what he does between talking about the meaning behind the name of the processes used. I'll be back for sure

Food was great, service was great, ambience however was lacking. Too sterile, too quiet! TVs off, no music, just not a homey place that said "bbq"? Admirably, it was clean. The ribs were my definite favorite- we took advantage of a the Valentine's Day Special of ribs and brisket, 2 sides, drink and dessert. We added on a side; trying potato salad, BBQ beans, and the Cucumber Tomato Salad = ALL were dynamite! The brisket could have been more tender, flavor was good. Enough to take home, the beans/ribs/brisket even better the next day. We'll be back! I want to try more sides. Ribs and 5 sides please LOL

Incredible food. What a gem?! I love this place. It's a MUST DO for any foodie. Pizza on Thursday.

Looks how thick this tender slice of brisket is! And that's the cornbread casserole underneath it!

Easily the best BBQ I've had in years traveling around the US! These guys nailed it with tender and flavor-filled sliced brisket, especially the thick slices they serve up with a moist sliver of fat on the side. The pork ribs were meaty and fell right off the bone. I had the cornbread casserole as a side and it was the perfect top off to a great meal!

Tanker BBQ!!

Excellent food!! Cool outdoor seating right next to the ballpark. Try it out. Pork chop and Ribs hit the spot. The garlic salad and the cucumber and tomato salad was amazing!!

1 Meat Dinner with Brisket, Cheesy Potatos and Corn Casserole

Took my family for a 2nd visit for Christmas Eve. Everyone was really friendly and helpful when ordering. All three of Us ordered the 1 Meat 2 side dinners. We enjoyed our brisket and sides. I feel like this is one of the best BBQ spots in Wichita. Their Brisket was really tender and flavorful both times we went. They have a good selection of sides. I tried different sides both times I went and they were phenomenal both times. Which I feel like it's good when a resturaunt is consistent. I would definitely visit again if I was in the area. I recommend trying Tanker out if you are a BBQ fan or Brisket lover!!!

Pork belly burnt ends, hot link, mac and cheese and garlicky green beans.

None of the brisket is brisket. It's just roast. The service was nice but not ever going back. 25 for my meal with no drink.

First off... I was very excited to try this place. Had good reviews and was looking for a sweet…read moretreat and to grab a matcha + a place to sit and journal. There was a ton of tables to sit and relax at which I always enjoy. I ordered a Nutella cronut and a regular iced matcha. The cronut was delicious! Perfect amount of sweet. I will say it would have been nice to offer to warm it up but it was still yummy. Then, the lady working the counter called out my iced matcha and I immediately knew just from looking at this drink that it's not matcha. I sat and took two sips from it and it was straight up sugary milk... not a single ounce of matcha was put into this drink. It was almost $7 for this drink by the way. I'm not sure why they would hand this to me or why they call this matcha but that was a joke... I finished my cronut and then went to her for a refund on the drink. She didn't ask any questions, didn't apologize or ask what they could do differently... just gave me a refund and had her throw it away. Based on my experience, I will not be coming back.

My friend had the chocolate cookie sandwich it was amazing also. Um don't forget the ice cream I had one scoop that was so generous coffee almond chip yum!! I live in an Asian shaved ice desert. Perhaps that's why I'm already super enthusiastic when I…read moretravel and find some. Simply the gratitude of it being present in middle America sets me up to have a good experience. Someone complained in a review about the "false advertisement" of having shaved ice as most Americans know it. It's hilarious to be that they assumed it to be what they know as shaved ice. If they had tried the Asian shaved ice, I guarantee they'd enjoy it and wouldn't have complained. If you know about other culture's shaved ice, you're open to try new things and let yourself be surprised. I digress. The shaved ice found here is the Korean version, Bingsu. It's very similar to other styles, but this one is mostly milk based. The menu is pretty extensive, including smoothies, yogurt, juice, coffee, boba tea, and of course shaved ice cream. We came for the shaved ice cream, so we tried the strawberry & mango first. It mixed the two, which surprised me since I had assumed it would be half and half separated. The combination worked beautifully. There was whipped cream, strawberry and mango syrup on top and we asked for mango popping boba. It was so delicious! The best way I can describe it is a feathery texture that melts in your mouth. We also tried the coconut one which came with condensed milk and coconut shavings. We also added strawberry popping boba. Highly recommend either/bob. Since the consistency is light and fluffy, even though the portions are generous, you don't feel stuffed afterwards. The place is spacious and has tall ceiling, making it very open. There's seating available on both floors. I enjoyed the Korean music playing and the tv translating the lyrics. The volume was just right (as opposed to some reviews out there complaining it was too loud). I probably wouldn't try to make calls inside though. The guy at the counter was super nice. He kept smiling really big the whole time he talked to us. Made me smile too. He also told us about the Korean cheesecake they have for sale. It looked delicious and fluffy so I got the coffee one. It was more of a sponge cake than cheesecake but it was delicious. Highly recommend.

They gave me the right ice cream and the drink! They did a real good job! They served some boba tea…read morewith my favorite flavors in it!
