We have smart phones but no one really uses its features. Calogero's uses Neapolitan style which is soft and chewy. It's not supposed to be cracker thin and crispy. We ordered arancini, salsiccia e rapini pizza, and prosciutto & fig pizza. We got a couple mini cannoli's. It was from a promotion on their social media page. -arancini 5 - these are the best ones I've had. We got meat instead of cheese. They are crunchy and filled with meat and risotto. They are a good size for $5 each. -salsiccia e rapini 5 - this one has a little bit of a kick but it's great. It has Italian fennel sausage, mozzarella, broccoli rabe, pecorino, and basil. -prosciutto & fig 5 - this was a good combination with prosciutto, fig confit, and shaved parm.

The owner is incredibly kind and is passionate about his creations. We went in for the second time to order some frozen empanadas and two chocolate churros to go, and while we were waiting, he gave us two buffalo chicken empanadas because he ''made too many". Not only was this kind, the empanadas were absolutely incredible. I really love that you can dine in and order them fresh, or get them frozen to enjoy later in the week. The dining area is small but clean. Since these are pretty small bites the need for space isn't really a problem. If you love empanadas or churros and are in the area, be sure to check out these two amazing businesses next door to each other. At first there was an initial response which was delayed after a few days. The information that was provided was contradictory to the prices listed on the website. When questioned about the drastic price difference, was provided with "these are the prices that we are not charging we just haven't corrected the website". The worker asked for a menu that we were interested and after approximately 2 weeks still no response, besides "we're extremely busy". Attempted to utilize a service provider that the food truck is affiliated with, to which, they never responded to the provider either. Such an unfortunate experience with poor customer service for a food truck acting with such a pompous attitude.

They do charge something for set-up but it is well worth the $. I live in Oak Park and so I was surprised they came this far. Can't say enough about everything. One thing I would point out. I ordered and paid ahead online. Shortly afterwards I receive a call saying the 10 smoked wing meal isn't available and will I accept the smoked chicken meal instead. I ask them can I check with the person the meal is for and call them back, the caller hangs up without replying to my question. I called back after confirming the smoked chicken was an adequate substitute. When I arrived to pick up my food, there was no copy of the receipt included because I wanted to verify that it was price adjusted for the smoked chicken meal which is half the price of the 10 wing meal! When I bring to the clerks attention that it is not, she replies "oh I gave you extra chicken." I kindly grabbed my order and left rather than arguing the fact that 2 additional pieces of chicken do not adequately cover a meal that is half the price of what I originally ordered. If that was the case I could've ordered two full smoked chicken meals including a side and corn muffins. Terrible service.
