It felt like there was a good amount of ketchup that was used in the sauce. The tomato soup was EXCELLENT. It was a cool evening and the warm, rich, slightly sour soup hit the spot. I ordered the chole bhature. I think that was the most disappointing. The chole was not bad but the bhature; come on guys. You know what real bhature is. What was served was closer to something like a version of pita bread (little different) but not a bhature. If there was a 'sin' committed, I would say it was not serving a traditional bhature for a dish called chole bhature. We also ordered a dal makhani which was alright. The paneer makhani was really good. The paneer was super fresh and the flavor while not original (to me) was still really good. The service was fantastic. Our server was friendly, attentive, made sure our waters were always filled and checked in on us from time to time without being overwhelming while yet not disappearing. Would I come here again? Same with the potato masala, and chutneys, while they were good the spice was more on the mild side. That being said, everything tasted fresh and came out hot. And actually the less spice in the food made everything more light and digestible so that was a plus. Plenty of parking as this is part of strip mall.
