I've never been tanning before either. When I got there the lady at the front desk took my info and explained to me about the beds. She suggested to go up to another bed which was only a $10 difference. I also figured I would just buy tanning lotion at the salon too. She went over about the lotions and since I have tattoos I went with jwoww. We then proceeded to the room and she explained everything to me on what to do. I was going about every other day. Everytime I went in, the front desk person was nice. I had a great experience and when my month was up, I talked with the front desk person about how I saw reviews about not going up in time, she explained it's because the owner doesn't want you to burn. Now that I am back from cancun and pretty tan, I might start go back and buy a tanning package to keep my tan! Everyone that works there is super nice also.

PLEASE READ: On 1/18 I scheduled a spray tan for 7:10pm: I confirmed with her via text message with her and also received a confirmation email and a confirmation text message. On Thursday, I showed up and the entire building was dark at 6:55pm, no cars were there or anything. I waited, called her and left a message and then sent her a text message because I questioned if I was in the right building. I called her an 6 times in total in the span of 1.5 hours while I was patiently waiting for her to arrive and left 2 voicemails, I also sent many text messages letting her know I had a paid babysitter and needed to get home by 8. I waited a full 1.5 hours and wasted money on a babysitter to be stood up. The saddest part is, she never responded, never apologized, never reached out. She did not give me my money back either! Before writing this review I gave her a chance to respond because I do understand things happen. Nope, this lady doesn't even have the common decency to apologize or explain why she never showed up. I also found out she is a real estate agent after I called her number and it said that on the voicemail. I would never use this lady. Please consider this review before you do business with this lady. Now, I get to go on vacation without a spray tan because I had no backup plan and put my trust in her. UPDATE: after I posted this review, the lady did reach out in a text and said that she doesn't want to deal with clients with bad attitudes....the only message I got from her, not oh my goodness, I am so sorry...NOTHING! Just that I apparently have a bad attitude? The funny thing is, I was extremely polite in the voicemails and text messages as I waited there for 1.5 hours, I was very polite until I was stood up and never received a reason or a response or a call/text back from the owner. Sure enough, even though we texted back and forth about the 7:10 appointment, she tried to blame on Groupon. IF that was the case, why not reach out and explain that. It wasn't the case because she definitely knew as you can see from the text from the company's number, she just forgot and has to make an excuse to make herself look better. I was in TEARS yesterday, totally upset because I was looking forward to this. Please please please do yourself a favor and avoid this business,. I will try to upload screenshot proof as well!

That always makes me happy. I was able to get an appointment that week with esthetician Lauren. You'll probably miss this spot when you first arrive because its inconspicuously tucked away inside a nondescript office building. See my photos of the exterior of where to go and you'll save yourself a bit of time and confusion. There's a few metered spots directly outside the office building as well as a metered parking lot behind the building. Flawless is on the second floor and the elevator didn't look like it worked, so be prepared for stairs in terms of accessibility. Their space is super cute, welcoming and buzzing with happy clients. This was the first time I ever had a lash lift, and Lauren was great! She was very knowledgeable, walked me through the process, and followed COVID safety protocol. The building itself is older, and in her service room, it was super muggy when we started my service. I was overheating and she was kind enough to put on the AC specifically to make me more comfortable. I loved my lashes afterwards and they lasted longer than I expected. Comparatively, their prices are fair and even with other local businesses. They also offer tanning and other beauty services, and I won't hesitate to return here for a future service.
