Suzanne reached out to me on Instagram and shared her studio. I went for the first time before the American Cancer Society Discovery Ball event for the Cleveland Hope Lodge the following day. I've never been tanning before either. When I got there the lady at the front desk took my info and explained to me about the beds. She suggested to go up to another bed which was only a $10 difference. I also figured I would just buy tanning lotion at the salon too. She went over about the lotions and since I have tattoos I went with jwoww. We then proceeded to the room and she explained everything to me on what to do. I was going about every other day. Everytime I went in, the front desk person was nice. I had a great experience and when my month was up, I talked with the front desk person about how I saw reviews about not going up in time, she explained it's because the owner doesn't want you to burn. Now that I am back from cancun and pretty tan, I might start go back and buy a tanning package to keep my tan! Everyone that works there is super nice also.

I've been tanned by Jordan, Julie, Kate, Karen -- honestly, probably every artist there -- and I consistently walk out with the perfect tan, no matter who sprays me. Their hours are fantastic, especially for those of us working 12-hour shifts who need evening appointments. And my biggest pet peeve with airbrush tans -- feeling wet or sticky afterward -- doesn't exist here. Their drying system and the powder they apply post-tan are lightyears ahead of anything I've experienced elsewhere. They even once walked me to my car with an umbrella -- when it was raining -- just to protect my tan. That's the level of care they show every client. That always makes me happy. I was able to get an appointment that week with esthetician Lauren. Flawless is on the second floor and the elevator didn't look like it worked, so be prepared for stairs in terms of accessibility. Their space is super cute, welcoming and buzzing with happy clients. This was the first time I ever had a lash lift, and Lauren was great! She was very knowledgeable, walked me through the process, and followed COVID safety protocol. The building itself is older, and in her service room, it was super muggy when we started my service. I was overheating and she was kind enough to put on the AC specifically to make me more comfortable. I loved my lashes afterwards and they lasted longer than I expected.
