Suzanne reached out to me on Instagram and shared her studio. I went for the first time before the American Cancer Society Discovery Ball event for the Cleveland Hope Lodge the following day. Although it was a little darker than I normally get, I will probably get the same thing from now on because it turned out really great. Really wish I had pictures from the event.

The attention to detail and level of care the owner has put into every aspect of this business is truly outstanding. I've been tanned by Jordan, Julie, Kate, Karen -- honestly, probably every artist there -- and I consistently walk out with the perfect tan, no matter who sprays me. Their hours are fantastic, especially for those of us working 12-hour shifts who need evening appointments. And my biggest pet peeve with airbrush tans -- feeling wet or sticky afterward -- doesn't exist here. Their drying system and the powder they apply post-tan are lightyears ahead of anything I've experienced elsewhere. They even once walked me to my car with an umbrella -- when it was raining -- just to protect my tan. That's the level of care they show every client. PLEASE READ: On 1/18 I scheduled a spray tan for 7:10pm: I confirmed with her via text message with her and also received a confirmation email and a confirmation text message. On Thursday, I showed up and the entire building was dark at 6:55pm, no cars were there or anything. I waited, called her and left a message and then sent her a text message because I questioned if I was in the right building. I called her an 6 times in total in the span of 1.5 hours while I was patiently waiting for her to arrive and left 2 voicemails, I also sent many text messages letting her know I had a paid babysitter and needed to get home by 8. I waited a full 1.5 hours and wasted money on a babysitter to be stood up. The saddest part is, she never responded, never apologized, never reached out. She did not give me my money back either! Before writing this review I gave her a chance to respond because I do understand things happen. Nope, this lady doesn't even have the common decency to apologize or explain why she never showed up. I also found out she is a real estate agent after I called her number and it said that on the voicemail. I would never use this lady. It wasn't the case because she definitely knew as you can see from the text from the company's number, she just forgot and has to make an excuse to make herself look better. That always makes me happy. I was able to get an appointment that week with esthetician Lauren. You'll probably miss this spot when you first arrive because its inconspicuously tucked away inside a nondescript office building. See my photos of the exterior of where to go and you'll save yourself a bit of time and confusion. There's a few metered spots directly outside the office building as well as a metered parking lot behind the building. Flawless is on the second floor and the elevator didn't look like it worked, so be prepared for stairs in terms of accessibility. Their space is super cute, welcoming and buzzing with happy clients. This was the first time I ever had a lash lift, and Lauren was great! She was very knowledgeable, walked me through the process, and followed COVID safety protocol. The building itself is older, and in her service room, it was super muggy when we started my service. I was overheating and she was kind enough to put on the AC specifically to make me more comfortable. I loved my lashes afterwards and they lasted longer than I expected. Comparatively, their prices are fair and even with other local businesses. They also offer tanning and other beauty services, and I won't hesitate to return here for a future service.
