That always makes me happy. I was able to get an appointment that week with esthetician Lauren. You'll probably miss this spot when you first arrive because its inconspicuously tucked away inside a nondescript office building. See my photos of the exterior of where to go and you'll save yourself a bit of time and confusion. There's a few metered spots directly outside the office building as well as a metered parking lot behind the building. Flawless is on the second floor and the elevator didn't look like it worked, so be prepared for stairs in terms of accessibility. Their space is super cute, welcoming and buzzing with happy clients. This was the first time I ever had a lash lift, and Lauren was great! She was very knowledgeable, walked me through the process, and followed COVID safety protocol. The building itself is older, and in her service room, it was super muggy when we started my service. I was overheating and she was kind enough to put on the AC specifically to make me more comfortable. I loved my lashes afterwards and they lasted longer than I expected. Comparatively, their prices are fair and even with other local businesses. They also offer tanning and other beauty services, and I won't hesitate to return here for a future service. I'm glad I tried a lash lift with Lauren and definitely have another one in my future!

In all my interactions, all the technicians are masked, which I appreciate. I've had a few technicians, all very talented, but have been going with Carman now for awhile. She is dedicated to her craft and has worked to really customize my lashes to suit my particular needs. I love how my lashes look and enjoy the compliments I receive. I highly recommend them!

This is an update of a previous review…read more After I posted my original review of my negative experience with Palm Beach Tan, I was contacted by the company. They were extremely apologetic and very anxious to do whatever possible to fix the situation. Since my spray tan didn't work last time, the district manager promised to come in and personally ensure that my experience went perfect. This experience, compared to my last, was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Both the district manager AND the store manager called and apologized. They went above and beyond to make me feel like they truly cared about my experience, and they both wanted to make it right. The manager gave me a very thorough explanation of the spray tanning process using a Versa Spa, and I felt confident that I had enough information to ensure a flawless tan. It was nice to have someone personally familiar with the process walking me through the steps because he was able to provide additional tips and insight. The tan turned out wonderful. I got a level 3, and I am very happy with the color. My only note to others is to leave it on as long as possible. I feel like the suggested four hours does not really give it enough time to develop. I got mine at 8:30pm last night, slept in it and I will rinse this afternoon. (I only washed my face this morning.) However, it is a beautiful color and not orange at all. I think this was an instance of a great company that simply made the mistake of placing a new employee at the front desk by herself without the proper training. I appreciate the excellent customer service and efforts ensure a great follow-up experience. I will most certainly go back to this location in the future for my spray tanning needs.
