The food portions are massive, definitely can be shared by 2 people if you're not that hungry. The onion rings and zucchini fries were very fresh, crunchy, and paired so well with the ranch. The club sandwich was also very tasty but again it was huge I couldn't finish it all. Pricing is very fair and they have a good amount of parking. I'm not one to make food reviews cus I hate writing but this time it made me question how theyre serving mild azz and charging these prices. It's like they are following the business plan of being bought out by private equity where they make the quality of the food worse and the price of it go up except they aren't bought out they're just serving the equivalent of chum bucket food for higher prices. For example an $8 chili burger which got smaller now looks like a jr now tasted the same as a dollar tree frozen burger with a little wipe of chili only on one of the sides of the buns. Pretty bland and dry somehow for a chili burger. Like other reviews said, the service and food is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is good, other times it's the wrong order completely. They didn't give me my receipt and then gave me issues when they gave me a chili cheese burger instead. They always have an attitude when you're ordering. The speaker box needs to get fixed. I have been coming here for years (since before it was Tam's) because I live so close to this location. I can probably count on one hand the times that my orders have actually been correct. If I ask for no lettuce, lettuce seems to magically find its way into my item. If I ask for extra cheese, there is ZERO extra cheese. If I ask for toasted bread, my bread is anything BUT toasted. It's almost like they're committed to messing up orders! If you plan on coming here, please please PLEASE do yourself a favor and triple check your order before you leave unless you're in the mood to be surprised. Lastly, the evening/night crew is not great. Brenda (the lady that works the window) is an absolute nightmare and the worst costumer service I have ever experienced in my whole life. My number one favorite thing here is the Bean and Cheese Burrito. I legit really think this has the best bang for the buck Bean and Cheese Burrito, a regular is $5 and the Jr is I think $3? Don't be fooled by the Jr size because it's still pretty huge. Other places charge like $8 for a simple Bean and Cheese Burrito and it's PUNY. I like that it's drive through.
