One of the sons so he says, sent a message regarding my review and you can read it here:
6/11/2016 * Hi Bafun, I'm sorry you had a poor experience. I can assure all of our customers, that if we had a manager that threatened violence towards our customers that A) they wouldn't be employed by us & B) they wouldn't have such a great relationship with the hundreds of customers they provide service to. I assure you that myself and my brother that you spoke with, are not merely "alleged" sons, but being a family run business...are just that, part of the family that operates this business. We were looking into your concerns and started a dialogue with you to look into the specifics of your visit, however within mere hours of beginning to review footage and speak with our staff, you updated your review to indicate that we have no interest in the experience our customers receive. I have nothing further to communicate to you as there doesn't seem to be a working dialogue.
You and your people broke the working dialogue since it took weeks for you to respond. Wow can you say lack of due diligence? Not everyday somebody comes to you and your people informing you they were assaulted by one of your managers, told your company reps would look into it, look at the video and monitor the conversation yet nobody got back to me for days when I expected it to be handled right away, for after all had I called the police, they would not take days to come and arrest that manager, no, they would have come right away. Its called diligence, look it up. your response weeks later proves the lack of diligence, I mean really? I was assaulted on the 24 of May and you respond this way, and let me emphasize, this is the only communication after your brother told me he'd look into it, from you/your company, and you want to blame the victim for not having a working dialogue? wow how pathetic. People, stay away from these people, they only want what you got in your wallets, they don't care about us customers. You need to go review what I put out there by date, I talked about the incident on the 24th of May with the expectation there would be some quick and justified response yet days went by and nobody said boo to me, and I added to my review that your company cares less about the customer. People, just look at how long it took him to respond. They never called me, never emailed me, this is where he responds to try to save the companies reputation, and that's despicable. Shame on you and your company. Boycott this place people, there are other places to go that cost less. Oh, and you won't get assaulted. read more
