Wow! I was in Rome, NY today to get a used car inspected prior to purchasing. The manager (shame I…read moredidn't get the name of this wonderful guy .. he is a very tanned man) spoke with me and thank goodness pointed out several issues with the car that I would have never imagined or thought of looking because I was no experience buyer, such as: tire size, light bulb, reprogramming of car radio, and air filter! Not only these legitimate issues were well addressed prior to purchase, I was able to shave off a few hundred dollars off the listed price. THANK YOU! He and the other young man who worked on the car were absolutely wonderful!!!!! While I was sitting there, I chatted with a man who was sitting next to me who told me that both he and his wife have been bringing their cars for 20 years (!) to them because they are so good and trustworthy! I usually do not like chain stores and I preferred to take the car to a more local place, but it was Saturday and not many places were open and Midas was one of those few places that were open. I had a bad experience with a Midas in home town, so I was almost shocked to see the vast difference! Even their bathroom looked sparkling clean and beautiful! I would definitely bring my car here if I did not live so far away! THUMBS UP!!!!! Go Rome!
