Really enjoyed our time at Tall Guy Brewing! It's a very spacious, comfortable venue. They have darts, food offerings, lots of seating, and a good ambiance. We liked all the beers we tried and will definitely be back when we're in the area.

We had just finished our Skunk Train experience and wanted to check out the Farmers Market afterwards which takes place on Wednesday afternoons. It was an hour before the market kicked off, so we decided to have a drink at Tall Guy which is right across the street. The atmosphere here inside is very friendly with positive vibes. And it's very spacious and spread out. There's also board games available (both family and adult-oriented) to use to kill time. I can't remember which game it was we played, but we both had a nice laugh while enjoying our Mojitos. Mine was a Cucumber Lime and hers was a Peach Ring. It was my first every Mojito and very refreshing. Next time I'm in town I'll have to try a couple of their on-tap beers.

We loved this brewery. Love that it was at the corner with big windows so you could see the people walking outside and there was lots of natural light. The bartender was super nice and we asked him to recommend four beers for a flight, and he obliged. The flavors were super fun and we had a good time just chilling and people watching. There was also a pop up serving food so we got some sliders.

Sweet spot. They play music by vinyl on an actual record player. Several choices of beer in multiple sizes. Staff were friendly. They only offer a few pub food choices like pretzels and such but you can bring in outside food while drinking. They have tons of games to play for the adults and kids. They also have live music. Definitely a place to check out

Spacious brewery with a nice selection of beers and large area. They have an eclectic variety of seating options. Liked the vibes and friendly service.

The beer is good, but not outstanding. Great community vibe. Something is always going on. Live music, trivia, dance classes.

Super dog friendly. Always fun. Mellow. I have a favorite spot we sit at. My dog loves saying hi to people and their dogs here as well.

My wife and I stopped to check out this new brewery in Ft. Bragg, while staying in Mendocino. I'm glad we did. They have a nice selection of interesting original beers. They also offer food from local bakeries and restaurants. We didn't eat. But saw some tasty looking hot baked pretzels go by! The service was friendly and helpful. The space is very large with lots of big windows out to the street. They have a lot of seating, including two very nice couches. Although there are a lot of seats the space is not crowded at all. They also have two dart boards and other games to help pass the time while enjoying their tasty beers.

Dad's Milk Stout is fantastic. Flavorful and creamy

We were in town for the Christmas parade and decided to walk around town Friday night. We had no idea it was a first Friday event. We walked around and did some shopping. Even ran into old friends at KMEC. After all that we decided to have a beer at Tall Guy. What a fantastic spot to hang out. Everybody was in the holiday spirit. We both grabbed a Dad's milk stout and found a spot to sit at. It was nice to see all the locals enjoying each other's company. The beer was exceptional and I may or may not have had another. Before long a band from Point Arena began to warm up. The Slackers were friggin awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed their songs, and especially liked the flute and saxophone. I had a pretzel with another beer while watching kids from a local playhouse jam around the place and dance their little butts off. What a fantastic atmosphere. The bartenders were very polite and knowledgeable about the beer selection even though I pretty much knew I was going with a stout. As a dark stout lover, the Dad's Milk Stout was instantly was in my top three stouts of all time. Can't wait to come back to Tall Guy

Music and space was good for music. The beer and tude were less awesome. Not bad but definitely not worth a trip.

A decent selection of beers but no food! Good service and plenty of seating. However, you can bring in food.

The beer is lower ABV, but the ambiance and different classes (dancing different styles) and trivia night with Roy can not be topped!!

    Good food in Fort Bragg?

There is great food all around it that you can bring in or have delivered. Their beer makes up for the lack of food.

Service was great, drinks are reasonably priced, I tried the seltzer, it was a bit on the sweeter side maybe should've asked for less syrup.

That's my experience of Northspur. I've never stopped here with friends, but I've thought of my friends while I've visited. As in, this is a place my friends would really like. And, this: it feels like folks from around these parts that have friends come here with friends, and while they're here from all appearances they have a really good time. They could be faking but I don't think they are. The Willits bypass as observed by others and maybe other places by me was an unnecessary boondoggle that not only separated normal CA taxpayers from their money so as to avoid maybe five minutes extra travel time as they whisked north to ... to where would anyone need to be whisked in the north. I-5 is for whisking. 101 is for a different kind of trip. Not only that, the bypass also then has folks that don't know what's in Willits pass right on by. Their loss, though also a stake in the heart of the vitality of local business. Thanks, legislature, Caltrans and people that make money building things we don't need. This then for the people that would otherwise whisk by without stopping and are maybe hungry and turn to Yelp as the leave Ukiah to see what's ahead. Northspur is ahead, my friends. And if it's late in the day, get a room in town so you can sample every drop Northspur has to offer. The vittles aren't complicated, the menu isn't exhausting - but everything on it is good. The brewed offerings are delicious. Staff is straight out of Lake Woebegone (all the women are strong, all the men are good-looking, and all the children are above average). Friends with friends are having a rollicking good time and the vibe vibes with this happiness. I will stop every time. Try it once and I guarantee you will as well.

When we entered we were told to grab a menu and seat ourselves. Well, we sat and we sat. I finally went inside and asked for service. I was told that we had to use the QR code. I hadn't noticed it on the other end of the table. One friend's phone wasn't set up for that, another's phone was in the car and the other said that she is 80. I figured I could do it for the group. However, ordering drinks was time consuming and we wanted to get our order in. When we got our food, there were 2 orders for shrimp tacos. I thought I ordered the rockfish tacos as they were the only tacos listed on the menu. Luckily they weren't allergic to shellfish because the deliverer was not taking them back or taking our drink order. My clam chowder was not hot and very salty. I didn't realize that my friend at our table brought us water. I didn't know that she filled them herself or I would have gone in to refill as I had nothing to drink with my soup How do you tip when there is no service? What about the 5 reviews? Did they get any service? To sum up we got our own menus and water, we found our own seats and waited for ages before I went in to ask to order. Then I was told I had to order for the group with the QR code. Never having done it before I mistakenly ordered the wrong item. My fault. We never had any service interaction. Who do you even tip.
