Rather than making me feel like just another candidate, she made me feel genuinely valued throughout the entire process. She consistently kept me updated, answered my questions promptly, and provided honest insight that helped me feel prepared and confident. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to finding the right fit--not just filling a role--truly set her apart. What impressed me most was how much she genuinely cared about my success. It's rare to come across someone who is as invested in helping people grow professionally as Michelle is. Her guidance and support made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth, organized, and exciting. If you're looking for a recruiter who leads with integrity, communicates exceptionally well, and truly advocates for her candidates, I can't recommend Michelle highly enough. It's unfortunate, but there are a few unethical recruiters out there. I can say that I've known and worked with Christine for over 7 years and she's the best I've experienced ( as a job seeker and as a hiring manager). She's usually the first person I recommend when a friend had recently been laid off. As a hiring manager I've found that Christine provides all the details you need to make an informed decision on a candidate. My most recent hire came from Staff Smart. - Christine is relentless. In theory, corporate recruiters focus both on supply (individuals; prospective employees) and…read moredemand (contracting organizations). In reality, that focus feels overwhelmingly weighted toward the organization. To the point where if an individual meets a recruiter and isn't the immediate fit they are quickly forgotten. Such staffing thinking is short-sighted -- not only for the individual but for organizations as well. No such worries with Taylur. She's the real deal: sharp, substantive, and sensitive. While I didn't pan out for an immediate position, she has kept in touch with me and been responsive to my queries. In such a way she's being kind to me, yes; but she's also learning from my experiences as well, demonstrating she keeps pace with the market through every data point she can find. I highly recommend organizations work with her for tech leadership positions in SD -- and that individuals trust they are in good hands working with her.

I inquired about a job and got a call for a zoom interview, then I was given 2 tests to complete but the link was only letting me access to one so I reached out to the recruiter about it and told her that so had completed one out of the two and sent her screenshots of the error I received while trying to do the second test and she replied back very promptly and informed me that she had sent another link for the test and so I finally get that test done and informed the recruiter and I get an email from her saying "Thank you" So I assumed that they would get back to me. I tried calling them multiple times but nobody ever answered the phones. 10+ days go by and I'm calling but nobody ever answered or returned the calls so I proceeded to email a follow up after that since I wasn't getting anywhere and Woow! Weeks after I finally hear back with the classic "we don't have anything that fits your skill set" SO THEN WHY EVEN TALK ABOUT A POSITION THAT YOU WERE NOT EVEN GOING TO PRESENT ME FOR??? So unprofessional! They need to figure out their stuff because why even try to help others when your office and staff isn't working properly. Other than the one Express office in Camino del rio this is the second office that just doesn't produce good outcomes. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME DO NOT COME WORK FOR THIS INDIVIDUALS

Theresa Gutierrez wrote:…read more Thank you, MICHELLE, for working from the heart! This was my 1st 'temp agency' experience and I must admit, I was a little hesitant, because I've heard how "sales'y" some can be. However, Michelle never made me feel like she had a quota to meet. She took me in and met with me privately, and began asking questions, allowing me to explain the type of work environment I needed to be in, which would align with my personal life. Michelle listened intently - showing empathy. She even put her pen down a moment to look at me and connect - human to human. She didn't just run down my resume' of qualifications, which would have easily allowed her to place me in many roles, but instead, Michelle paid close attention to what I truly needed, and why. What I was looking for: I didn't want to jump around - I needed my next employer to be a fit that would last - with a growing organization who cares about people more than numbers. I needed something close enough to home, so I could walk my son's dog on my lunch breaks, and an employer who could match my qualifying salary. It wasn't necessary, but I was hoping to be placed with a "low-pressure type office environment, where I could thrive independently." Michelle met all my needs, including my unnecessary preferences! She brainstormed, then described the company to me. After I agreed, she moved quickly in terms of scheduling my zoom interview and providing me with onboarding paperwork. Most importantly, Michelle delivered with honesty and integrity. I look forward to coming into work each day, knowing I'll be among some really good people, who truly care about people. The President/CEO has even stopped by my office to see if there was anything I needed. I push myself to excellence, and my employer has already mentioned recognition of my efforts, which feels pretty darn good. I am so grateful to you, Michelle. True success only comes when you have a hand in helping others become successful, as well, and none of it is possible, unless you're working from the heart. Sincerely, Thank you, Michelle!

She is not just a recruiter to collect a paycheck, you can really see her passion for helping people and the organization meet their needs. I know many people that have been a temp employee for more than a year and it is not their fault. It is the staffing agency not doing their job. My take from my fair share of experiences with agencys is: - clearly explain what you want, and do not just take any job -work with a great & PASSIONATE recruiter (you can sense it from the first few minutes during the interview) -If there is not a position for you at the time, do not kick them away. Hillary will keep you in the loop if there is any positions that fits your needs, and she will let you know as soon as she hears something. (I mean it) Thank you Hillary for providing a great agency experience and placing me in a great company to set off my career.
