Working with Michelle Cornelius was one of the best experiences I've had during a job search. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand not only my qualifications but also my long-term career goals. Rather than making me feel like just another candidate, she made me feel genuinely valued throughout the entire process. Michelle was incredibly responsive, transparent, and encouraging every step of the way. She consistently kept me updated, answered my questions promptly, and provided honest insight that helped me feel prepared and confident. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to finding the right fit--not just filling a role--truly set her apart. What impressed me most was how much she genuinely cared about my success. It's rare to come across someone who is as invested in helping people grow professionally as Michelle is. Her guidance and support made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth, organized, and exciting. If you're looking for a recruiter who leads with integrity, communicates exceptionally well, and truly advocates for her candidates, I can't recommend Michelle highly enough. Thank you for everything you made a lasting impression, and I'm incredibly grateful for your support throughout the process. read more

Proven recruiting is by far the best agency I've worked with. I've been unemployed for seven months working with various recruiters. Megan Joyce was my recruiter and she was outstanding, she really took the time to hear me out, providing constructive feedback on my resume and basically held me hand through the entire process which I appreciate. After working with several recruiters, I finally felt heard. Megan was super helpful with walking me through the company I was applying for and giving me pointers on interview prep. She was proactive and constantly checked in making sure I was happy. Megan is truly the best, not just saying that because she got US A JOB and a great company. On top of that, she was kind enough to connect my friend that is looking for a new job with one of her colleagues. Proven has great staff all around and I highly recommend them. Keep shinning Megan, I appreciate you! read more

I had an outstanding experience working with Megan at Proven Recruiting. From our very first conversation, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me secure the right job opportunity. Throughout the entire process, Megan kept me informed, provided helpful interview guidance, and checked in to make sure I felt prepared and confident. What stood out most was her transparency and consistent communication. I never felt like just another candidate--she truly advocated for me and made sure I was positioned strongly with the employer. Thanks to Megan's support, I secured a position that I'm genuinely excited about. I highly recommend her and Proven Recruiting to anyone looking for a recruiter who is knowledgeable, supportive, and committed to your success. read more

They care and it shows. Highly recommended Thankful for Heather , Karen and all at Proven Recruiting. read more

I applied for a job on LinkedIn that was posted by Proven. They had good reviews on google which convinced me at the time -- until I realize that you are pressured to leave positive reviews despite the quality and results of service that the jobseekers will get. John Allen III wasted my time being overbearing with everything and especially with the interview prep teams calls and clients who go to this firm are not guaranteed an offer. This firm won't help you get your next job, they are professional time wasters with a twist. I won't go to them again. read more

Great experience with this company recruiting especially with jennie and Vanessa. They simplified the process down, I appreciate the great work. read more

I can recommend working with Proven, as they were able to place me in a role after months of me unsuccessfully trying on my own. Sydney Shields was responsive and compassionate to the difficulties of navigating the job interview process, she was patient and had great advice to share. However, if you work with Proven or any employment agency, you must still strongly advocate for yourself, even if you're very tired and feeling emotionally drained from the process. This is especially important when you are are assigned to work with 2 recruiters at the same time from the same company, like I was. In my case, I was given one salary range from one recruiter and then later told that my salary expectations were too high from the other recruiter, Mi Ly, and that the company they were trying to place me with would never even consider it because I was already at the top of the range. Turns out, that the salary I was asking for was listed on the job description they sent me. So, I'm still not sure what happened. But, ultimately I have a job with a good company; even if it hurts to take a paycut. I choose an attitude of gratitude in spite of the miscommunication and how it made me feel. The other thing that threw me for a loop was that they didn't prepare me that they would be reposting the same role that I accepted an offer for, the very same day that I accepted a written offer. Which caused me much worry and heartache thinking my job was going to fall through. So, there were a few mental hurdles I had to deal with but other than that, they were good to work with. I especially owe Sydney a debt of gratitude for coaching me on an appropriate 2 page resume length and to focus on the two most recent jobs and less on those over a decade old. I had a hard time letting go of all my bullet points, which made my resume emberassingly 6 pages long. Thank you, Sydney for your invaluable coaching and caring patience and understanding through the process. read more

Sean and Heather really made the job search super easy on me. First, they found me via LinkedIn and described a couple of opportunities that met my skills. After interviewing and receiving an offer from the company they presented me to, I declined in favor of a different offer from another company. They wished me well, and I moved on. Fast forward to 2 months later... I was laid off from the role I accepted, and my wife suggested checking in the the company that Proven submitted me to, since their offer was only a couple of months old. I did, and was presented with a new offer in record time. Today, Sean and Heather sent me a delicious salmon salad from Pita Jungle as a "welcome to the team" luncheon. I'm very happy with Proven! read more

I can't say enough great things about working with Megan Joyce! She was instrumental in helping me secure not just one but two jobs. I originally applied for a job posting online, and even though that role wasn't the right fit for me, Megan reached out to me and recommended me for a different position that was a much better match-and I ended up landing that job! Megan was so professional, kind, supportive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. She prepped me for interviews, gave me great advice, followed up with me after each interview, and checked in on me while I was working at the company. Megan's dedication and commitment made what could have been a stressful job search into a smooth and positive experience. I've never had a recruiter genuinely care so much about helping me land a job, and I appreciate that so much! On top of that, everyone I worked with at proven throughout the job hire process was reliable, consistent, and organized. read more

This review is long overdue, but I still wanted to take the time to write it. Heather Henderson from Proven Recruiting is hands down one of the most helpful and down-to-earth professionals I've ever worked with. After I applied for a job listed by Proven Recruiting, Heather reached out to me in less than 24 hours. She scheduled a meeting, and we got started on the process immediately.   With other recruiters, I've often felt like they're just going through the motions--sending a LinkedIn message, scheduling an hour-long call, and offering little assistance with the hiring process beyond that. Heather was the complete opposite. Every meeting, text, and call with her was valuable, efficient, and insightful. She never wasted my time.   Heather went above and beyond, helping me tailor my resume for the job and staying in constant communication. The company I was applying to took a while to respond, but Heather kept me updated at every step and followed up with them regularly. By the time my interview was scheduled, she had provided me with comprehensive interview prep guides that were both practical and encouraging.   After each interview, Heather followed up with me to discuss how it went and what to expect next. Thanks to her support, I completed two interviews with the company and received a job offer. While I ultimately wasn't able to accept the offer, I'm confident that Heather's expertise and dedication played a huge role in me receiving it.   If you're on the job market or need recruiting assistance, I can't recommend Proven Recruiting--and especially Heather Henderson--enough. Working with Heather was a fantastic experience, and I truly look forward to partnering with her again in the future, whether it's for recruiting an employee or navigating my next job search. read more

Megan Joyce was so amazing throughout the interview and hiring process! I always felt like I had someone in my corner and I am so grateful that she connected me to my new position. I'm finally working in my field with an amazing organization! Thank you Megan and thank you Proven!! read more

I met Megan Joyce when I inquired about a position posted by Proven in mid-2023. From the beginning, she was assigned to assist me in finding a job through her recruiting firm. Megan went above and beyond her job description. She frequently reached out to follow up and check on how I was doing in my position. Having someone like her as a supporter and guide throughout my journey with Proven was incredible; I can't express how much emotional support she provided. After I was laid off from the role Megan helped me secure, she continued to reach out and look for opportunities that might suit me. She was a tremendous support during my unemployment, and fortunately, she found a role where I could thrive. Thanks to her efforts, I have now converted to a full-time employee in this position, and I know I would not have this opportunity without her continuous commitment to ensuring my happiness and helping me find a fulfilling role. I am eternally grateful for Megan, and I hope that wherever life takes her, she continues to shine her bright light on those who need it. Thank you, Megan, for making a positive impact on my life! read more
