They are very personable and friendly, especially the CEO, Natalie Viani, and my recruiter, Jessica Bailey. They are also very professional and efficient. They pay me weekly. Total time between invoicing and electronic payment is 11 days. They have never been late. Once, I forgot to invoice for one week, and I didn't realize it until the following Monday. I sent the invoice then and told them I didn't expect payment until the following week, but they paid me that Friday, just four days later! That is outstanding service! Specifically DALRADA CORP. -5 stars This company is very unorganized, uncommunicative, and brutal to their workers. There's no meeting or updates, they lack training, everyone got trained by co workers and everyone did things differently. With out the proper training for a health company is very unacceptable. They send you out to work assignments, with out training then get in trouble for not doing things "the right way". People got replaced over and over again with out any corporate change, Carryn is very rude to her workers and is just full of attitude. Not an enjoyable experience no room to grow.

I inquired about a job and got a call for a zoom interview, then I was given 2 tests to complete but the link was only letting me access to one so I reached out to the recruiter about it and told her that so had completed one out of the two and sent her screenshots of the error I received while trying to do the second test and she replied back very promptly and informed me that she had sent another link for the test and so I finally get that test done and informed the recruiter and I get an email from her saying "Thank you" So I assumed that they would get back to me. I tried calling them multiple times but nobody ever answered the phones. 10+ days go by and I'm calling but nobody ever answered or returned the calls so I proceeded to email a follow up after that since I wasn't getting anywhere and Woow! Weeks after I finally hear back with the classic "we don't have anything that fits your skill set" SO THEN WHY EVEN TALK ABOUT A POSITION THAT YOU WERE NOT EVEN GOING TO PRESENT ME FOR??? So unprofessional! They need to figure out their stuff because why even try to help others when your office and staff isn't working properly. Other than the one Express office in Camino del rio this is the second office that just doesn't produce good outcomes. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME DO NOT COME WORK FOR THIS INDIVIDUALS
