I have been working with Vianey De La Cruz at CSL Staffing since Aug 2020. The first job placement that she arranged for me to interview with went really well. It was absolutely perfect for me and I enjoyed working there unfortunately the company had to close because of Covid and there for the assignment ended. The same day she told me they were closing because of Covid she had other prospective employers lined up for me to interview with. The day before the interview she spent over an hour on the phone with me reviewing interview questions and helping me align my work experience specifically with the position I was applying for. She also took my resume and tailored it to the position before submitting for the interview. She really took her time and went the extra mile for me. Although I am an experienced interviewee, she was able to offer me a fresh perspective and has been working with the company I'm applying to for over two years so therefore, has a working knowledge of exactly what they're looking for. My first with a Temp Agency and the experience has been nothing short of perfection!! Posted my resume on one of their jobs and my rep "Alex Olivas" called that same day and scheduled an interview in the next day or so. During the interview, he went over my resume but didn't focus too much on it and that was different to me, which was AWESOME!! I have been looking for work for over a yr and I was taking temp jobs just to make it thru. I saw on Indeed an opening for Insurance Specialist so I applied! I absolutley love that kind of job!! Buy the next Morning Ingrid sent me an email and called me for an interveiw. She then got me an interveiw with the company I know work for.
