Method of payment, they give you the option to have direct deposit, a pay card, or check. They will only give you the pay card, therefore you will loose money in fees and such. They will not grant you access to your pay stubs, if you select the link to try see them via computer you're directed to another site were you would need to be a member of payroll to gain access. There would be inaccuracies in payment that may go unnoticed with this kind of practice. Larger issue considering that one has given them banking information that isn't being used. Jobs, I was sent to a job site where by way of select they were hiring. The wearhouse themselves told me that they where moving to Arizona and that was the reason for them going temp. Its hard to work for a company that gives you work that's not going to stay, dependability goes two ways. I out the photo up as a example of the type of company this is. Take advantage and hide. Not only did she shame me for not having a computer, she told me to tone myself down during a phone call (anyone who knows me, knows I'm high energy and goofy). While driving to pull cash from my bank (she requested payment up front, and I was desperate to start the process), I received a text from Tyler and I pulled off the road. I messaged him back and got the okay for a quick phone call. The chemistry was instant- wow, did I really find someone who communicates like me!?! He let me jabber on about what I needed and my time frame (within a couple days), and fit me into his busy schedule. He slotted my appointment times and graciously let me send him screenshots of notes and paperwork I had via text (the Masterpiece lady wouldn't let me do any of that; she told me I need to 'step into the real world' and copy and paste the information from websites and email pdfs so she doesn't have to type as much. Say what?). Tyler kept to our set times, and he built me a resume and cover letter from scratch! This is no easy feat to do, especially upon just chatting a virtual stranger up for 15 minutes at a time. We bounced ideas off each other to clean up and edit both.
