This place is horrible! They lie! I was told I was a good match for the position I applied for. Was told I would be going to work the following week. I turned down another job offer. I did all the paperwork online. Never heard anything from them ails and phone calls were ignored. I did get to talk to the so called general manager. Management are amazing . The level of guidance and the sense of the direction that management provide is second to none which makes my task and goals very easy. I would not recommend this place at all. I came for an interview for a recruiter role at this location and one of the recruiters told me I had to take assessments before the interview. I was not told this when I called and scheduled an interview. During the assessment test, the recruiters were talking crap about employees and being loud. They were disrespectful. The recruiter told me that I didn't pass the assessment and do not qualify for the recruiter role. Makes me think how they are even qualified for their role. What a waste of time. She was very prompt with her responses via email whenever I had questions being that it's been a while since I've gotten a job through a temp. agency. Unfortunately, my experience with Go-Staff was one that was very unprofessional and unacceptable. I personally wouldn't recommend this agency for anyone looking for a serious professional career outside of the general labor area of brick and mortar. As I waited to interview with a recruiter, I could clearly here the staff loudly talking negatively and snickering about a client they recruited. Not cool. My first red flag. Also, the recruiter that assisted me (Caitlyn) would give me condescending stares here and there with the lack of assistance showing me quite clearly what was acceptable service and atmosphere at this Go-Staff location. Worst agency I have ever been to.. Pay was garbage for the intense amount of hard labor. Had me carrying 100 lb cement bricks 3 stories on a extension ladder without tying the ladder to the structure. Project superior ignored my injury with a wheel grinder when I made aware that the safety hand guard was removed. The work they have is for a straight up laborer willing to work extremely hard for a very low rate of pay. I'm a highly skilled/ productive worker that has plenty of experience in several trades. Worked 2 jobs with them and quit em. They charge you for equipment rentals and take money from you payroll. 40hrs for $250, I'm good. Some people see it as a convenience for them to take you to the work site,but your not going to be happy when they say they can't pick you up and tell you to find a ride home the last minute. $180 for boots that suck donkey. Don't use any equipment from them. They called me to see if I wanted to be a backup worker. I was like "what's that?" Lucinda i believe is her name, told me to be in the office @5am and wait for 2-4hrs to see if anyone calls out. I said I can wait at my house and still get paid if I'm on call/standby. She said I had to go in @5am to drug test for them to be able to send me out and to bring my own water. I can think of many other staffing agencies I've worked for that are much more professional than this group of clowns. Lucky 1 star was the lowest otherwise they get 0 stars read more

This place is really a waste of time. It's a hole in the wall staffing agency. You come in and they say they get clients left & right. I went in, it was dead. I had to fill out a book of paper applications. I interviewed with someone who was extremely unprofessional and barley hitting 21 it seemed. I followed up with them for work and never got an email response back. When calling, one of the kids said the only recruiter there was busy. Def. A waste. read more

They aren't willing to work with you at all, knowing you have kids that get out of school/daycare at a certain time, they aren't willing to help you even though they know you need the job. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I called to schedule an appointment to come in to meet with a consultant and was told on a Wednesday to come in the following week on Tuesday at 10:00am for an appointment and all I need to bring with me is my resume, 3 professional references and 2 forms of ID. On the Monday before my appointment I called to confirm my appointment, I was told there was no record of my appointment and that they interview people mon-fri 9-12 so just come in during those times. I asked why was I told to come in at 10:00am when I could walk in any day before noon!? Well of course she didn't know. So Tuesday comes around and I go in and speak to Lucinda (who also was not helpful at all!) tells me that I need to fill out an online form that I informed her I had already done. She acted like she was confused as to why I would be in there looking for a job as if this wasn't a temp agency, she also made me stand at the window while she took a personal phone call for 2 mins. After she decided to hang up the phone I told her that I do not feel comfortable working with Go-Staff because the two times I called I got conflicting information and now she is telling me different things than my previous calls.
