I interview with this company and was told someone would follow up with me and they never did. I inquired again and was told a "Brett" will call me back but did not receive a call back again. My impresión was this is a typical staffing agency that will bring you in the door but if they do not like you will not be up front about it and just leave you wondering. Horrible service. They didn't return my call and then when they did they never followed through. These temp services aren't ran well at all. They get these people in there that don't have any prior training dealing with people and they let them lose. It's very simple it's a temp service. Which means there temporary jobs. You go through there betting process that takes forever and then they throw a job that has nothing to do about what you've discussed. It's as if they just didn't hear what you said at all. Then if the person that has complete attitude doesn't like you ... guess what you won't get put on any job. These places do a total disservice to what there suppose to do!! I first had an interview which I did not get. Some time later I had a phone interview in which I think I did well. A week went by and no one reached out to me to tell me if I got the job or not. Then I email them only to find out that the position I interviewed for was closed as they didn't need to add more personnel to the company. After this, they never called me again but I emailed them several time to keep me in mind for assignments. After a while I simply gave up as they apparently forgot about me after the phone interview I had. A complete waste of time. First they put my hopes up and later they abandon me. read more

I submitted my resume and met with Grace after she called me and set up an interview. I am self taught on Microsoft Word and I had to repeat the test they give, which I did right away. She told me at the interview she had a job in mind for me and wanted to place me in ASAP. She was supposed to send me a copy of a resume that the company would rather have so I could re format my resume to match that, I never received the email. I called and left messages for her 3 times and not one phone call back to let me know if the test had scored higher or about the job she wanted to place me into. To me this place is highly unprofessional with no return calls or follow up. To me a staffing agency should at least follow up with good news or bad news. And it is common courtesy to return phone calls. Do not use this staffing agency they are mostly about meeting their #s in clients then actually staffing it seems like. read more
