I've worked with VIA as a 1099 contractor since 2018, totalling three years between two jobs. They are by far the best employment agency I have ever worked with, and I have worked with many during my 30-year career. Total time between invoicing and electronic payment is 11 days. They have never been late. Once, I forgot to invoice for one week, and I didn't realize it until the following Monday. I sent the invoice then and told them I didn't expect payment until the following week, but they paid me that Friday, just four days later! That is outstanding service! Their recruiters are very good too. They have never wasted my time by contacting me about positions that aren't a good match for me, and they helped me get two of the best jobs I've had.
