Prices are so affordable but these are not Italian handcrafted footwear, come on now. It is what it is, but for that one event, that one evening, that one date, your feet are going to look F!A!B!U!L!O!U!S!!! They must have had problems in the past because you are not allowed to have both sides of the shoes at the same time so you have to try on the right shoe and then exchange it for the left shoe to try on. That's not a small mistake--that's completely missing the mark. Now here's where it gets worse. Instead of fixing their mistake like a professional company should, I'm the one stuck jumping through hoops. I've got to print labels, package it up, and ship it back before they'll even send a replacement. And guess what? They don't even have my size anymore. So now I'm forced to settle for a 2XL because of THEIR screw-up. Let me make this real clear--this isn't just an inconvenience. I'm a right above-the-knee amputee and have been in a wheelchair for 16 years. Returning packages isn't some quick trip to the post office for me. It takes effort, time, and planning. All because they couldn't send the correct item in the first place. And the cherry on top? I don't even get my replacement until they receive the wrong one back. So I'm stuck waiting even longer for something I already paid for. You messed this up--not me. But somehow I'm the one paying for it in time, effort, and inconvenience. With over 1.4 million views on my Google reviews, I take customer experience seriously--and this one is a complete fail. Do better.

The people are friendly and it's good to see familiar faces. The clothing that they offer is very well-made comfortable and what I love the most is that it's always changing styles and rarely do you see people wearing the same stuff as you are. I don't understand all the negativity coming from some of these reviews some of the things that people are complaining about is out of their control. If you know you know, sullen is an industry leader in Tattoo based artist driven clothing and that's exactly what you get.

The dressing room was small and clean. It had no chair/or place to put your items aside from the hook on the back of the door. And the door is cut at the bottom, like a lot. A Looky Lou could definitely peek in if they wanted too. I also got a pale green shirt to wear under. I had a vision to but my logo patch on the overalls & wear them to events & to paint in it. Weeks later I still hadn't received the replacement pants...I contacted them again via email with no reply. AND again threatening to leave negative reviews; that got their attention so they promised to replace the pants. Weeks have gone by again & the pants have STILL not been replaced. I was very excited to resale T-Party in my shop...now, not so much since they don't stand behind their own products!!

May 22, 2024 Opens at 11 am…read more My family and I came to eat locally. The business was closed, so I took the opportunity to go window shopping, so I thought of private sneakers. I'm a huge fan of New Balance shoes, low and behold they had multiple on display, even a new style new balance I have often wondered what lies behind these closed doors. When I say closed I mean locked ! As we went to open the door. Low and behold, Manny unlocks the door! I had to ask why they were locked. Unfortunately, folks can walk in and out without paying. So doors are kept locked. Personally, I enjoyed my 40-minute shopping experience alone with my family having Manny to ourselves to ask questions regarding New Balance shoes. I may have never bought one pair, let alone two pairs, without his personal assistance. I seen these very new new balance shoes, half open grey shoes on the shelf. Manny mentioned these were their newest in store. He brought me 3 different pairs until I had the perfect fit. I'm taking them @ $150.00 Manny did the same for my mother in law. She was a bit more challenging in shoe. You see, she is petite with the smallest foot I've ever known for an adult. Manny brought several different new balance shoes. He finally brought out a 4 1/2 new balance 9060 in dark blue shoe (kids) @ $110.00. Add those to my order as well. Why I like new balance shoes they come Wide, I have a big wide foot. The stability, balance, and shock absorption. Overall, quality shoes are out the door. Overall experience with Manny and Johnny 5 stars, Atmosphere was poppin' when I was not taking photos I was dancing. The beats were great. 5 stars .
