Ordered clothes for my son over 2 weeks ago , supposedly 3-5 day shipping . Two weeks later and still no clothes. I'm getting pretty pissed off because I have not even gotten a response to the emails that I've sent. Should've listened and looked at the other reviews before I ordered put on their website. I had the best experience coming to the store located in Compton. The staff was super friendly and have millions of stories about the company. Let me tell you, the merch selection. I got to shop for my whole family from men, women and kids. So many items to choose from too. I love the fact that you get to see the cars on display from the front and inside of the store. As a brand Hoonigan appears to be dominant! Our experience for a Thursday mid day was less than! A massive fan flew in from the Inland Northwest corner of WA. state. Bringing his family along to experience momentousness adventures at Universal & Disney Land. After packing in more positive occasions into a 3 day than is humanly allowed it was time for him an his wife to head to the garage! Objective: Experience the happiest place on earth as far has he was concerned when it come to all things cars! To say that he is a Hoonigan gear head is proclaiming nothing short of the obvious! Our negative experience with this brick an mortar brand representative is much like the already mentioned negative comments in the thread! Once we finally were let in the reps treated us much like any lackluster ho hum retail giant treats their customers! His wife had made numerous attempts prior through social media, email, and phone calls to try an make his moment in time at the Garage more than memorable! No one returned any of her calls, emails, or social media.....after the kick in the balls wore off she was able to engage one of the guys at the counter an finally had some interaction. What a shame to find out someone who's brand is so well respected an looked up to has a trendsetter while being a leader in this market can allow such a horrible representation in the brick an mortar space. It sucks having to write this because I love the Hoonigans and all the content they create. However as a lot of other reviewers have said, their customer support for merch orders SUCKS. Ordered 2 of their limited edition holiday sweaters with the intention of surprising a friend with matching sweaters for Christmas. The order came in and I only got one of them, despite paying for both. I emailed customer support the second I opened the package on Saturday December 7th, worried they would run out of stock in the size I ordered by the time they got my message. Figured I'd hear back from them Monday, so when Tuesday the 10th rolled around and I hadn't heard anything I followed up. And then followed up again on Monday the 16th. I finally got a response (suspiciously fast compared to the wait times I had gotten used to - a little over 10 minutes) after sending a support request on their contact us portion of the site on Wednesday the 18th. By this point the sweater they forgot to send me had been out of stock for a week. Their response basically said that I was S.O.L., they were sorry for the delay (but not for completely forgetting to send one of my two items), and that they were going to issue a refund. We'll see how soon I actually receive it, because based on the other reviews, they're definitely not as good at e-commerce as they are at making quality car content. Super bummed at how this all turned out. I plan on steering clear of ordering any of their merch online, and I'd recommend you do the same. read more

Customer Service is NON-EXISTENT! Nowhere on Hoonigan's website could I find a sizing chart. So after reading their return policy and seeing that they "gladly accept exchanges" I guessed on my size. When I got the shirt, it was obviously too big, but now I'm being told I have to create a return...they don't accept exchanges....AND they're only refunding me the $15 for the shirt! They're keeping the $10 to ship it to me, asking me to cover the cost of the return, AND will make me pay ANOTHER $10 to ship me the correct size! Incredibly frustrating given the fact that 1. It took them 10 DAYS to get the shirt to me and 2. they're making a profit off of the shipping (this is what I do for a living...they could ship it faster for half the price...) I wouldn't buy ANY shirt from Hoonigan unless you're okay with wearing a quality t-shirt that clearly doesn't fit you. read more

I ordered a sweatshirt on 12/14/20. It showed that it arrived at the local Fed Ex warehouse on 12/22/20. It has stayed at that status ever since. I called FedEx and said that they consider the package lost and Hoonigan needs to file a lost claim. I have now sent four emails over the course of two weeks with no response apart from an automated response showing me the status I can see on my app. I just want either the sweatshirt or a refund. Went there once a while ago everyone was friendly. Bought a shirt while there. A month ago I decided to order some merch. Took a week and a half to get the order. I got all items the correct sizes except one shirt. Sent 3 emails asking for an exchange finally got through on the last one. They said send it back with a letter detailing the order number and the problem and they'll send me the correct size. So I did just that. I've sent multiple emails asking if they got it but I get no response. Moral of the story is don't order merch from them online. Support doesn't answer you back if you have a problem with your order. First off I am super sad to write this review. I visited this company in February because my boyfriend loves the company and you tube videos. We were on vacation and he wanted to stop by and they were super awesome very friendly and knowledgeable and we bought some merch and hung out for like 45 min. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago. My mans bday was July 9th I placed an order for 2 t shirts 2 weeks before hand then about 4-5 days after the order I get an email saying high volume blah blah the order will take longer to ship which mind you I ordered in advance for the 3-5 day shipping. All was well until they arrived and the shirt was too small, he was disappointed. At Halloween the kids and staff LOVED the custom made Trick o Treat drawstring tote bags HOOLIGAN donated, and at Easter, the staff filled over 2000 custom made plastic eggs w stickers, candy!
