Everything fit horribly so he decided he wanted to return the clothes and get something else. Worse decision ever. Not only did I have to pay over $20 shipping to send it back but I never received my refund and UPS said it was delivered almost a month ago. Customer service is terrible. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for my intake to ship. According to the website it would've shipped within 2 days of ordering. It was supposedly in stock. I've emailed several times asking for an update of if my intake will actually ship anytime soon and their only response is a link back to my order. Which I can clearly find on my own. There's no good phone numbers to call customer service and if you find one, you still get nowhere. I'd honestly like to do business with Hoonigan and leave a better review after I receive my intake but so far it's been a huge disappointment from a company that's supposed to be reputable. I went a few weeks after the grand opening and everyone there was super helpful with checking if there was any extra sizes in the back. And they have a much bigger stock of appeal than some of the stores they distribute to such as Tilly's. One of the most friendly retail stores I've ever been to, all the employees were like one big family! Will defiantly be returning very soon! read more

I've been a GIANT fan of hoonigan and Ken Block. so I bought 2 bundle-bags for just over 100USD. i was a little hesitant because i wasnt sure if i wanted to get that many things. so I wait and later get a email saying FREE SHIPPING! so i was like... ok fine why not? (what can go wrong?) so it says it takes 3-4 days to get you pending item to file then ship.. so then i was like. wait it takes 4-5 days for me to get this? well it was too late. There is no way to cancel a order with hoonigan. I emailed them for nearly 7 days straight asking to cancel my order. having to go to ken blocks Instagram and direct message him that all i want is to cancel a order thats taken longer than a week. I ordered a lot of stuff for my husband over the years and the last order is the first time I had to return something. I got a hoodie but it turned out to be some sort of rain jacket. It was just a drawn picture on the website not a real one. It didnt even fit my husband. So I send a Email December 24th trying to start a return noone responded do I sent a email everyday to got a response 2 weeks later. I told them I want it to make a return and they said tracking shows my package was delivered. I was like yeah I got it I want go return it and thry stopped responding. So I had to switch email addresses I sent sooo many emails and someone finally responded with a address and RA. I had to pay to send it back even through it wasnt as Described on the website. So I sent it back the next day and got tracking on it. They got it and I didn't get my refund I started with the emails again alot unanswered. Someone said my refund should be there and I later than Friday. Friday came and went no refund so more emails again most no response. One said they would get it fixed and they didnt. I sent a email saying I would like a supervisor to contact me and left my number and nothing. So I stared with the emails again finally Matt apologized for the mix up and I got my refund. Company is unprofessional and has very poor customer service I ordered almost 200.00 for a mass air flow sensor. Its been a week have not received any information on shipping I called Hoonigans they called me back and stated they had would have the vendor contact me as they had no information on shipping. The vendor never contacted me. After numerous phone messages and emails hoonigans has failed to call me back or respond to an email. Worst customer service ever!! I spent $6 for two stickers and was charged $7 in shipping to get them by Christmas. Only one sticker arrived the day after Christmas and the other sticker was cancelled. I was refunded $3 but when I returned the second one for a refund I have heard nothing!! Multiple emails have been completely ignored! They could clearly not care less. It may not be a large sum of money that I'm out, but all the same I've paid $12 for absolutely nothing. This place kicks a$$!!! If you can't get enough of the smell of burning rubber and gasoline, this is the place for you! Figure 8's, drifting, burnouts, crashing into the loading dock, herting $hit cars and donuts are just a few of the shenanigans that occur here on a Daily (Transmission) basis. FYI, THEY DO NOT SELL DONUTS HERE!!! They DO donuts, which are even better than an actual donut. I order a hat and a hoodie for my sons birthday, I only received the hat and sent them a email inquiring about the missing hoodie, this is where it gets interesting, they sent me a copy of my order that states the hat was delivered which I don't dispute, but also in this email from them it states the hoodie is being prepared for shipping and hasn't been shipped!! So disappointed, customer service is terrible. I placed an order beginning of December, they sent me a tracking number December 13th and on December 22nd I noticed it hadn't moved. I contacted them several times and was told it was shipped and it was the shipping company that was holding it up. Very Good. If you enjoy a nice quiet and cozy place to enjoy your favorite pastry and a hot cup of the best coffee you can find, this place is for you. From the outside it doesn't look like your typical establishment you could relax and enjoy a good pastry at, but once you get through the doors you are greeted with smiles and genuine hellos and how are ya's. Bought the wrong size jacket and requested a diffrent size. Said they would send me a return label. Two days later still no return label. Sent an email complaing about how long they were taking to get me the return label and this is the point we're I started getting ignored. I sent at least 20 emails over 3 months and called multiple times and never got a response. So I made the mistake of just paying for shipping myself and sending it back. I saw they received it through tracking and still no email or anything from them. All together I got robbed 100 bucks. I know sending it back with my own label was a mistake but I thought maybe they had seen the email and just couldn't get back to me and doing the label myself would accelerate the process. I used to love this company. I watched there videos everyday and would tell anybody I knew about these guys. This really felt like a stab in my heart. Firstly I'm a huge fan of the brand and follow all forms of social media, even watch my fair share of youtube videos from the lads. It really sickens me that the customer service is so poor! For an international brand with such a big audience I expected so much more. I ordered some stickers and a poster back in March that never arrived which in fairness can happen but I'm still trying to get to the end of a refund that apparently is being handled. Really disappointed, left a bad taste in my mouth from the whole experience. Wouldn't advice dealing with the hoonigan brand because of the shear neglect they have for their followers, customers and fans, a few of the same style reviews on here. Really sad that such a cool brand can treat their following so poorly. For the sake of a 20 dollar refund you've to plague them.
