I was a bit nervous but the girl was super helpful, and made the baby feel comfortable as well, which is very important! The whole process was very neat. She sanitized her hands, checked the equipment, wore gloves, all of it was handled with hygiene, patience and care. At the end they mentioned getting 20% so we purchased something.
