We went to NaiCa and spoke to Shan, and I showed him a picture of a ring design that I wanted. He explained the materials he would use, the detail he could add, and he broke down the price. Suffice it to say, Shan outdid himself and exceeded my expectations. He got me a reasonable price for my emerald, and he recommended a hammer-finish for the gold so that it has a raw, ancient effect that I wanted. I absolutely love it, and I refer him to any one that asks about my ring.

There prices are fairly reasonable, you can expect to spend around $150 for a regular chain here. Obviously there are both more and less expensive options and items, but I found this to be the average. Great service from Titanium Kay. The post office totally dropped the ball and gave me no tracking info or updates whatsoever during the entire shipping of my order. USPS didn't even tell me they had received my package! I contacted Titanium Kay and was emailed back almost immediately from Mark L. We exchanged many emails back and forth. He did what he could on his end to find out what was going on with USPS and my order. As I mentioned every time I emailed him, I was emailed back quickly from his end. I know they have many many other customers, but he made me feel like I was the only customer. Mark L. personally monitored my shipment. When USPS delivered my ring into my mailbox, Mark emailed me immediately to let me know my ring had been delivered! This was in the early morning even. This company cares about their customers. A company that cares about their customers also cares about their products. This is a 5 Star company and Thankyou Mark L. Original review: 1-11-2018 I really can't say enough great things about this company. I was about to go with another company to order a Pair of tungsten bands. I decided to Google the reviews of the first company and I was shocked at how horrible the reviews were. The good thing is in reading those reviews, another customer recommended going to a company called "Titanium Kay." I googled the reviews for Titanium Kay and was very impressed. At that point I decided to order one titanium band. My order was shipped out within a few hours and I received emails and updates throughout the whole process. I could not believe it. The customer service is stellar. I did call with a question and was able to reach Customer Service immediately and I was so impressed with the results of that call. I received my ring so very quickly. When I opened the box I was very pleased with the quality. The ring was above and beyond what I expected. It was excellent quality and I have no regrets. You do not need to go with expensive jewelry companies, as the products you buy from Titanium Kay are the exact same ones you can buy from expensive jewelry stores and pay much much more for. I researched this very carefully. I have enclosed a picture of the Tungston band that I ordered. It is the "Mercury" style band. You can rest assured that if you need to return your order and exchange it or get a refund for any reason, you will receive prompt service. You can tell the quality of a company by their customer service and their product warranty and guarantees. You are not dealing with a "fly-by-night" company with Titanium KayI wrote this positive review because this is a company that deserves it. I have ordered several times from this company and not only do I have no complaints, but I highly recommend them.I have posted two pictures and the link of the band I ordered. The style is called "Mercury" and it is an 8 mm comfort fit tungsten faceted band. I have been wearing the band for almost 2 months and there is not even a scratch on it. My sweetheart also wears the same 8 mm band. He is really hard on Rings and his looks brand new fresh out of the box. For people that would prefer a more narrow band, you can opt for the "Venus" which is the matching band in a 6 mm. Either way, this is just a beautiful ring for either him or her or both.
