I recently visited the store and I'm happy to say that I love the new look and design! I used to go to this store pre-pandemic not only to shop but ME would have some of the dopest events, much of it revolving around women empowerment and entrepreneurship. I recently came by to return an online purchase to save on return postage. Please note that if you were local, you can return your items instore but you have five days after receiving your package. That staff is very friend as two associates helped me with the return. While one focused on returning my item, the other was very engaging and friendly. Melody Ehsani is one of my favorite designers and it's good to know that the company hires friendly and helpful and of course, stylish associates to represent the brand. Though I mainly buy ME clothes and accessories online, it is good to know that I can come in and shop in person . I hope the events come back soon. read more

Just wanted to start off this review w saying how much I loved Mel and her brand. I've woken up early to purchase drops and entered raffles to support. I have listened to podcasts and live streams that she's been apart of and have always admired Mel and what she stands for as a person. I love Mel as a designer and a influential WOC who has made it on her own. That being said the quality of her products has been off. I bought the cherry sweats and followed instructions for hand washing & this being the first time I ever washed the pants .. the cherry print has faded 50% to the point where it looks like the pants are inside out. I also noticed that tags have been cut from all the sweat pants and replaced w the Melody Ehsani tag just above it which I thought was strange. The print also was sloppy as part of the stem of the cherry is on the other seam of the pants and you can tell where the stamp missed part of the sweats. Something also to note about any of their sweats is that they're quite stiff. Not as soft as I expected the Cotton to be. I contacted customer service about the quality and asked for something to be done and they disregarded and dismissed me and said my refund date has passed when that was completely irrelevant to what I had just said and clearly didn't want to give me the time of day. Spending $110 on the pants I really expected more out of the service experience. I'm sad and disappointed. I didn't even wanna write this review honestly but I didn't know where to turn to after being blatantly ignored via email from the company. Ive loved supporting Mel and everything but quality is just not there and customer service hasn't been good with dealing w these issues. A lot of others have complained about Quality control as well with delivery dates and Unreceived packages. It's a shame. I hope this improves as I would love to continue to support Mel and her future endeavours. But for now I'll have to opt out. read more

Stumbled upon this store while my man was getting a haircut across the street. Seriously, I had no idea Melody Eshani has a store! Or I must of forgotten because I live in the Bay Area & when I seen her name on the building, straight up fan girl moment... I went blank with excitement as I walked in! But I do remember seeing pictures of famous people with the wings floating on IG. And I think this store used to do nails as well!?! Anyways, I walked inside and was greeted right away. I stared at the beautiful earrings, necklaces and rings. I love the decor of the store! It was Clean! I was in love with everything. The staff was super chill, friendly and hella pretty! Sarah was at the counter and she's so sweet! She understood my excitement of just being inside the store and she even offer to take photos of me with the wings! ... Since I was taking photos of everything inside like a tourist, lol. I know I was probably so awkward. Shout out to Sarah for being a sweetheart! Will never purchase from this store again. I made a purchase online on February 1,2014 and 10 days later I haven't received a tracking number. They do not respond to emails, and when you call they say they are behind and it should ship soon. They are not sympathetic and will not refund money. read more

I was so excited to receive the new reebok sneakers my Melody Ehsani...called and paid for the shoes to be shipped to me on February 6, 2014...and here it is...12 days later....and I have YET to receive my shoes!!! I have called numerous times and NO ONE has answered the phone. My next resort will have to be legal action if my money isn't refunded. This is equivalent to STEALING! Are you running a scam? WTH? I just want my shoes...it's very simple. Needless to say, I will NEVER purchase anything from them again nor will i EVER endorse anything with this name attached to it. Not what a expected for a Flagship store! The people that work there are nice and that's what I like! They weren't acting all stuck up and rude! Been a WeHo resident 3+ yrs and walked by this store a dozen times never knowing about this Fairfax fashion & design oasis! First, I asked the sales girl 'did you just open'? Her reply, 'about 4 yrs ago'! She then gave me a lil' histo about Melody, her designs for Reebok and their cause of empowering women (there's a massive b&w stretched photo along the back wall from maybe the 60's) Very cool. That said, I expected the prices to NOT empower my wallet. Surprisingly, all her designs were quite reasonable. Most jewelry is acrylic and handmade on site. Loved her metal necklaces and would describe them as gangster chic, yet I could still rock it on a work day. Between her clothing, shoes and jewelry designs, there's enough merchandise to have a true ME (Melody Ehsani) experience. Not like the other Fairfax shops that seem to fashionably be going out of business. Took home a pair of signature LA logo acrylic earrings. Who knows, maybe I'll feel empowered to buzz cut half my head and wear just 1 earring?! read more

OK love Melody Ehsani..but because I read in the shipping and returns policy, I always order her items from a 3rd party because it would take waaaay too long coming from her store itself. So, I ordered a pair of Reception earrings on feb 7th as of this month. I never received a tracking number, no email, or anything after I ordered. I got a call from one of their sales persons telling me that the color I wanted was out, so I said that's fine, I will take them in turquoise. I call Tuesday on the 18th (as of this month), they said they forgot to ship it out. First of all not only did they forget but I spent alto of money on some earrings that should not be priced 57.00, but they forget to ship it out? You guys need to get it together. I have ordered 3 items from MelodyEhsani back to back. So far I only received the "Dint Mess with the Queen necklace". I ordered it after I ordered The Reception earrings. Smh... will not be ordering from her again. I Will go to LA next time and but it myself... Melody you need to hire more people!!! read more

I just LOVE when "cool" stores employ nice people! The employees there always greet you and are genuinely warm-hearted, sweet people. Love them! Also, the decor is AWESOME! From the gold camera-lights (I heard Melody designed them herself) and the gold chain legs on the tables, the store's design is one-of-a-kind. Plus, I like the fact that the art changes in the store. They had Hassan Hajaj before and now Polly Nor's work is there. And of course, I love the product. Melody is always thinking outside of the box so there's really nothing like her work.
