Incredible atmosphere. I went beginning of summer in May and the exterior of the floor smelled amazing. It enticed me to go in. The inside is tranquil, eliciting both a sense of peace and a weariness that if I was working in this place I would fall asleep. The store associate, Colby, let me know politely that they were plenty busy at the store and showed me some of the decorative elements. Colby was pleasant and helpful. I was completely satisfied and very excited to hear my grandfather's reaction to the bouquet delivered for my sweet grandmother. I was very happy with the price and after hearing about this company's long history in the community, I very highly recommend them and will use them undoubtably for future flower needs for my grandma. When my mother passed away, I received this basket in sympathy for my loss but I was saddened to receive it . My mother loved nature, both flowers and birds. What shocked me was the bird in the basket and the butterfly were made of REAL tiny bird feathers. It was obvious small birds were killed to make this "decoration." . I called the owner and asked him to consider not using these items he said were from China . I doubt he will do that as he just said he'd take it in to consideration. Recently my 90 year old Mother was hospitalized for respiratory issues. After being release and home she received two of the most beautiful flower arrangements from two of her dear friends. When my Mother saw the flowers and smelled the wonderful aromas said that "The flowers were healing for her soul and her health issues"! We just want to thank Talbott's Flowers of Westerville Ohio for the flowers and the excellent service and for delivering the beautiful arrangements! We received a call from Talbott's advising they had the arrangements and ask if we would be home for the delivery. For both deliveries the delivery men were very friendly and provided great positive vibes. I have been around flowers a great many time over the years while working in the hospitality business and I can say both arrangements were the freshest flowers, smelled the most heavenly and were styled with care and love! Wish I could give 2 1/2 stars.. Quality of the arrangement was great. (5/5) I wish my Owner interaction went as well. (0/5) I asked for delivery in the morning. I called at 11:45 a little concerned because they had not been delivered yet. Owner informs me I should have been more specific and asks me if I know the definition of morning. Not, It is on its way and should be there shortly. If it was not a special occasion and would have left my wife disappointed I would have cancelled at that point. I called back to express my concern and spoke to someone else when I later was informed it was Mr.Talbott himself in the previous conversation. He informs me they were delivered at 11:55.
