Disappointed. Spent 125$ (before tax and delivery). Hardly any flowers were in bouquet. Presentation was not professional looking. I could have done better myself. read more

Incredible atmosphere. I went beginning of summer in May and the exterior of the floor smelled amazing. It enticed me to go in. The inside is tranquil, eliciting both a sense of peace and a weariness that if I was working in this place I would fall asleep. The store associate, Colby, let me know politely that they were plenty busy at the store and showed me some of the decorative elements. Colby was pleasant and helpful. I did not make any purchases, as I was more drawn to the atmosphere not being a person who owns flowers, but the business itself appears to be worth buying from! read more

I want to thank Talbot's for fulfilling my special request of delivering to my friends' house on Jan. 15 before noon! I also appreciate the call from the driver ahead of time to verify the information prior to calling my friends to ensure they were home to receive on a cold day. They loved the beautiful purple roses they received for their very special day! The flowers are still going strong a week later. read more

I was completely satisfied and very excited to hear my grandfather's reaction to the bouquet delivered for my sweet grandmother. I was very happy with the price and after hearing about this company's long history in the community, I very highly recommend them and will use them undoubtably for future flower needs for my grandma. Also noteworthy.. and don't tell the Grams... all i had to do was tell the lady "lots of pink," tell her my price range and "I want the grandma special." She knew exactly what to send. Check out the pics. They speak for themselves.. sorry my Grampy didn't get a super duper clear pic‍ read more

When my mother passed away, I received this basket in sympathy for my loss but I was saddened to receive it . My mother loved nature, both flowers and birds. What shocked me was the bird in the basket and the butterfly were made of REAL tiny bird feathers. It was obvious small birds were killed to make this "decoration." . I called the owner and asked him to consider not using these items he said were from China . I doubt he will do that as he just said he'd take it in to consideration. Even though their website doesn't show the close up of what you order , I want to post these photos so you can see what you are buying read more

Recently my 90 year old Mother was hospitalized for respiratory issues. After being release and home she received two of the most beautiful flower arrangements from two of her dear friends. When my Mother saw the flowers and smelled the wonderful aromas said that "The flowers were healing for her soul and her health issues"! We just want to thank Talbott's Flowers of Westerville Ohio for the flowers and the excellent service and for delivering the beautiful arrangements! We received a call from Talbott's advising they had the arrangements and ask if we would be home for the delivery. For both deliveries the delivery men were very friendly and provided great positive vibes. I have been around flowers a great many time over the years while working in the hospitality business and I can say both arrangements were the freshest flowers, smelled the most heavenly and were styled with care and love! Bravo to Talbott's for providing such great arrangements and for wonderful service! We will definitely contact you the next time we are in the need of flowers! I recently ordered a flower arrangement for my wife to celebrate her promotion. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating when I requested some "wow factor" as it was going to her office. My wife was ecstatic and she said people from all over the office stopped by just to see them...they were unbelievable! I now know where I will always order my flowers from in the future! read more

Nice hometown florist who can make beautiful, creative floral arrangements. The outside of the shop is welcoming and lush with planted baskets, tropicals, ferns, etc. Inside, you will find friendly service from professionals who know what they are talking about. Could not be happier with Talbott's! We've had bad experiences with florists, but with Talbott's, whether we're sending flowers locally or to another state, they take care of it all. The local arrangements have been amazing! We always feel that we get our monies worth. When sending out of state, I am confident they are better suited to choose a florist in that location and they do a fantastic job. Thank you! read more

Wish I could give 2 1/2 stars.. Quality of the arrangement was great. (5/5) I wish my Owner interaction went as well. (0/5) I asked for delivery in the morning. I called at 11:45 a little concerned because they had not been delivered yet. Owner informs me I should have been more specific and asks me if I know the definition of morning. Not, It is on its way and should be there shortly. If it was not a special occasion and would have left my wife disappointed I would have cancelled at that point. I called back to express my concern and spoke to someone else when I later was informed it was Mr.Talbott himself in the previous conversation. He informs me they were delivered at 11:55. That was a misstatement according to my wife. Disappointed that this added stress to an joyous occasion. Tim Dixon read more
