I received a bouquet of flowers from All in Bloom the other day and I was totally caught by surprise. Ladies (or people in general) that say they don't like flowers are crazy, I want them all!! They were delivered around one in the afternoon and the gentleman delivering them to me was very sweet. He explained how to take care of them and advised me not to drain the weird bubbly things in the water down the drain. I'm sure my landlord and plumber appreciate that greatly! So, why the three stars you may ask? While the bouquet I received was a very pretty arrangement and I loved the variety of flowers used, the quality of the flowers was not the greatest. Several of the flowers were bent and broken upon arrival and it's only been two days and more than half of them are about to be thrown out. Now I've received flowers in the past that lasted almost a week, so only two days is a big bummer. I know how much my boyfriend spent on them (it's on their website) so I would definitely expect a better quality of flower. Overall, I give them props for the variety of flowers and the design of the bouquet, but I got to stop at 3 stars due to the low quality of the flowers. read more

All in bloom in absolutely wonderful! Steff and Sue plus staff were amazing. They were there 24/7 (in sickness and in health as well!!) communication was easy and always attentive. Due to Covid we had to change our venue last minute and no longer had a venue staff to help plan the wedding. My husband, families, friends, and I planned one in a backyard. It was stressful but Steff and Sue were not only my florists but they were my cheerleaders throughout the entire process! i very very rarely buy flowers but i've been liking the idea more and more recently. i was going to visit an old friend, and also had a new friend i was seeing, and was in a rush for time because i hadn't planned this all out. i sort of just had a general idea of what i wanted. i called them up and talked to a wonderful lady who asked me a number of questions about my relationship with these two people, and what kind of colors they might like, recommended we go a little seasonally themed. she asked me what i wanted my price range to be. she texted me a picture of the 2 bouquets when she was about done. i didn't like a couple of the bright yellow flowers that i thought threw off the look on one bouquet, and she switched them out for something right away and sent me another picture back. i picked them up an hour and a half after i called and they were gorgeous and way bigger than i expected for the price! i'm so happy and will be back for sure when i need more! read more

I'm sorry to say that I was extremely disappointed with the arrangement that was sent for my mother-in-laws birthday. The picture of the standard size showed an arrangement with at least ten large roses. My upgraded "premium" arrangement had only 5. Mostly had alstroemerias for color and was packed full with greenery, unlike their photo which showed mostly flowers. Arrangement online was pink and purple, instead we got dark red with a few light pink roses. If a florist does not even remotely have the inventory to produce an arrangement similar to the one they advertise then they should inform the customer.
