I'm living outside of Columbus. Called Sawmill Florist for a get-well bouquet to be delivered nearby. The florist answered quickly, talked with me about what I wanted, and what the recipient, my daughter liked. The order was delivered later that day and she loved it! She said "Thank you for the flowers Dad. I love the color palette. " As for value, I paid less than I usually do when I order online. A great deal all around. read more

I am so...shocked. Due to the excellent reviews, I shopped from this florist to order a deluxe version of a bouquet. Attached are the pictures of what was promised versus what was actually delivered. I can understand minimal variations, but this is outrageous and disappointing for a $135 bouquet, not accounting for delivery fees. I'm so saddened because I really wanted the receiver to experience the full pleasure of receiving a beautiful full bouquet of flowers, but the actual product was measly read more

I cannot thank Sawmill Florist enough. My friend just notified last night that his parent's funeral is early this morning. What am I to do over 2000 miles away! I found Sawmill Florist through Yelp, ordered on line last night. Today, I called to ensure flower arrangement was delivered on time. Of course it was on time! A minute after my call with Sawmill, my friend sent me the picture of the flower arrangement. It has beautiful white roses and lilies, with some blue flowers and a big blue bow. Thank you again Sawmill Florist for making me looks like a good friend, and of course bring a little smiles to the grieving family. You rocks! read more

Always gorgeous results and super sweet owners that work very hard to understand what you want, but deliver even better than you imagined.

I love this place! This is my second time ordering flower crowns and they're always beautifully made and long lasting. I had these two made recently for a maternity shoot and they came out perfect! Thanks again for your attention to detail and high quality standards. read more

Flowers were delivered as ordered and recipients were very pleased with the arrangement.

Above and beyond! I ordered directly from them versus the big e-commerce sites. I had to order flowers from out of state for the unexpected passing of a family member. They were professional and courteous and helpful as I was not entirely mental given the grief I was experiencing. Sawmill followed up with me to make sure all the information that I had inputted on their website for the sympathy flowers were correct. My family members at the funeral remarked at how lovely/gorgeous the sympathy standing floral arrangement was. Thank you, Sawmill, for doing such a phenomenal job! I highly recommend them if you're looking for a local florist in Ohio. read more

My new FAVORITE FLORIST! Read the reviews - you will NOT be disappointed! I happened upon this place when looking for a florist close to me with high reviews. Purchased flowers for my anniversary on August 17th...it is now August 28th and we still have some lilies from the rose/lily arrangement looking great! You want to go on the cheap and buy from big box/chain stores that maybe last 5 days - your choice. You want a personal touch, quality, beauty and flowers that make a lasting impression - make this store a MUST for your future orders. read more

GREAT florist! Don't let the store front scare you away. This florist did a wonderful job with several arrangements for my mom's memorial service. I haven't lived in town for years, but was very happy with my choice. The owners did a great job creating a special , vibrant floral frame / wreath that went around a photo of my mom; my mom would have loved it. This was a great focal point during the service. I highly recommend this florist. I will be using them for future floral needs. read more

Excellent quality roses. Wife loved them. I have never been disappointed with their work.

I have ordered a number of arrangements for work and for personal occasions. This has to be in the top 5, if not thee best arrangement I have ever sent. The price was also not OUTRAGEOUS like some florist. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY. WOWI wish they had this florist in CA. read more

I wanted to send my mom flowers for Mother's Day. I live out of state and just looked for a florist close to her place. I chose Sawmill Florist. the online ordering was easy, I received confirmation and delivery notice. My mom was beyond thrilled. Excellent customer service. I had told delivery that if the recipient wasn't home the flowers could be left on the porch. Wow I'm so happy I choose Sawmill Florist. I just signed up with Yelp to make sure I can leave this review. I was researching florist near the Dublin area as I wanted to have some Delivered in downtown Dublin. Quite a few had some pretty bad reviews here on Yelp. Mind you I was doing this research at 2am of the day I wanted them delivered so I was getting nervous. Many reviews talked about how other florist had bad service, were unorganized or how online orders ended up being taking from a 3rd party and was never completed. Sawmill florist only had one review but it was good enough. Along with finding the awesome Teleflora's Be Happy Bouquet with Roses it was enough for me to make the leap of faith. Completed the order by 2:30a on Wednesday and they were delivered by 10a that same day! Having never spoke to anyone on the phone I definitely didn't know if this would even work but Sawmill Florist hit it out of the park!! Thanks a ton guys!! read more

I called from Canada to order Mothers Day flowers on the Saturday before Mothers Day. I was assisted by a wonderful lady who couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. She explained that the flowers could only be delivered on Monday, due to the many, many orders that needed to be filled and delivered. I didn't really want this, but as she was so lovely to deal with, and she very much cared about my order, I placed it anyway. She carefully helped put together a beautiful original arrangement that would be perfect for my friend. I asked that on the chance she noticed that there was another order going to the same street, perhaps mine could be added, but she said it was not likely. Lo and behold, the flowers got to my loved one in perfect form on the Sunday!! WELL DONE to the entire team who made this day perfect for someone so special. But especially, thank you so kindly to the lovely lady that answered the phone for your wonderful service and care. Five stars is just not enough!!! read more

The flowers were perfect, unfortunately, they sent a stuffed octopus in place of a stuffed teddy bear, and for some reason, they included a Happy Birthday balloon. It is NOT my girlfriends birthday. Makes me look pretty silly, and her a little embarrassed in front of her colleagues. I called, and they offered an apology and said I am welcome to return the balloon. HAHA,, and that is it. I understand that mistakes happen, but c'mon. There was nothing else they could do for the mix up. First impressions last forever. I won't send my business their way, again. At the end of the day, there are real problems in life, and this certainly isn't one of them, but, I feel this does need to be shared. read more

Wow! I had Sawmill Florist do my wedding flowers and I was beyond impressed!!! They were always available to answer any questions and meet to discuss arrangements. Their professionalism and kindness made the wedding experience very enjoyable! I am very inexperienced in creating floral arrangements. I had no clue what I wanted for my bridal bouquet. Yui was extremely patient and listened to what I wanted. She met with me several times and made me feel so comfortable in what I was choosing (even though I wasn't sure of my own thinking). She executed my thinking SO perfectly! I was highly impressed. My bridal bouquet was beyond what I could ever dream of! I highly recommend this business! I even created an account on yelp to highlight the work, kindness, and professionalism that this wonderful business provided me. read more
