I attempted to send a violet to a family who just lost their mother/grandmother…read more I called 4x to no avail. No one answered and there was no voicemail available, as it was not set up. I placed my order online as it was my only option. And completed my intended order. The next morning I received a call and text informing me that they did not have the violet available. I used the florist specifically bc they had the violet "available" and I wanted to use a local florist. I understand that flowers can be out of stock, this is why I called multiple times before placing my online order. They canceled my order and apologized, but I had to use a big box florist to get what I needed instead of the local route. It's unfortunate their inventory isn't accurate, and I couldn't speak to anyone about it prior to my online order.

I've been to other locations with great results, and today they were a lifesaver. Yesterday I…read morerealized Sweetest Day is tomorrow, today I figured I would swing by a flower shop after school and pick up a card and flowers. This is the 4th shop we had to go to- one was closed for a delivery, one doesn't seem to exist, one only does pre-orders, but here was Connells, more or less on my way home, open, and with everything we need. Small, right beside Fox's Bagels nee Block's, tight lot and lots of traffic on Broad so be careful. A cooler with some premade arrangements, and gifts and cards out front. Plus $10 for a dozen roses today. We grabbed a couple of pre-made bouquets and a couple of cards (one set from me, one from Baby K) and were in and out quickly. Service was friendly and helpful, and fast, and we spent less than $25 for some nice flowers. And then got bagels.

The gift shop there is small, with limited hours and selection, and I wanted something nicer. This is the closest flower shop. And the flowers here are incredible.
