I used the florist specifically bc they had the violet "available" and I wanted to use a local florist. I understand that flowers can be out of stock, this is why I called multiple times before placing my online order. They canceled my order and apologized, but I had to use a big box florist to get what I needed instead of the local route. It's unfortunate their inventory isn't accurate, and I couldn't speak to anyone about it prior to my online order.

Karina, at Floral Art Boutique made it into such a beautiful wedding! The DAY BEFORE the wedding I hadn't even chosen a florist, but nobody would ever guess that it hadn't been meticulously planned in advance because it was perfection. I had a unique and whimsical wedding dress which set the color scheme and garden theme of the wedding. It was lavender with colorful pastel flowers and butterflies. I thought that I would be driving all the way to Columbus and searching a dozen flower shops to put together the arrangements I wanted, the day before my own wedding, but I walked into Floral Art Boutique and everything just fell into place! Karina told me that she was preparing for another wedding the next day and that most of the flowers there were reserved, so I thought I would continue on with my search. But before walking out, Karina showed me the only flowers that were not reserved for the other wedding, (presumably with a bride who plans reasonably ahead of time), and they were surprisingly exactly the colors and style that I was looking for! There were just enough to make the six arrangements and bridal bouquet that I needed!! If that wasn't enough, after discussing how she could possibly create everything in time for both weddings the next day, I learned that she happened to actually live in the same small, very out of the way, community in the hills that my wedding was being held, literally across the street from the venue! It was the only way that it could've been possible for her to make it happen, and it was amazing. Karina then blew my expectations away with creative designs and gorgeous flowers for my wedding. I was shocked at what she accomplished with no notice and on a very tight budget. Thank you Karina! You saved the day and made it happen magically and beautifully.

Out of the three different arrangements I have received in the past six months only one of them was…read morequality roses. The last one was left on my porch with a plastic bag over it, and as you can see in the picture, the rose was broken. Upon bringing them in, I'm removing the plastic. I noticed a few of the roses were actually already decomposing and dropping pedals. The arrangement the time before arrived with already browning tips on the white roses....and this is definitely unacceptable considering each arrangement cost $200. Needless to say, they didn't even make it a week before they went in the trash, even with changing the water and trimming the stems along with plant food. I can purchase a $10 bouquet at Whole Foods and have it last three weeks. Therefore, I do not recommend Griffin's at all! Not sure if they purchased their reviews or not, but they don't seem accurate.
