Absolutely the VERY BEST service from any florist! Just got back from a trip to NC to visit dear friends and we wanted to send thank you flowers immediately on Monday after we returned the day before. Had them all picked out, knew what we wanted and esp wanted them to be received on Monday. Debbie was kind enough to take my call right when they opened. She paced our call professionally and when she needed repeat information it was no big deal. She partnered with me and didn't tell me how to navigate our ask. Anything we wanted, she advised and helped us get to a solution. By the time everything was in order it was less than 45 min which was a blessing considering the area of the country we were shipping to is about to get hit with a hurricane. She more than earned our repeat business and Griffin's Floral in Pataskala is in my phone as the first point of reference when flowers are needed. My first call was to be the New Albany store, however, their Monday hours were somewhat limited so I went to the next best thing. Pataskala. Little did I know we would come across the very best. Couldn't be more pleased and happy with our experience. Debbie ROCKS! read more

I ordered a spring bouquet here with hydrangeas & tulips. It was absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately the next day the hydrangeas started to wilt slightly (but I have noticed this myself with all the hydrangeas I've bought this season - even ones from Whole Foods). I went back to see if I could get replacement flowers and the manager was amazing. She gave me lots of flower options to choose from and was super sweet and helpful. Very good experience! read more

I ordered a peace lily plant. Ordering was easy, reasonable pricing, and delivery was exceptional. I've stopped in your Pataskala shop a couple of times and was impressed, so I decided to order from you. My friend said it was gorgeous! read more

Beautiful flowers for birthday surprise arrangement! Prompt delivery and excellent customer service!

First I got a note that they had to make substitutions from the online order. That's normal. Then I got a note that they didn't deliver the flowers at all on the date asked for. Then the third party I went through cancelled the whole order, though I did not ask for that. :( Such a hassle. read more

I really appreciate Griffin's redoing the order for my friend - it was so much fuller. I had ordered a Christmas double candle centerpiece for a close friend for her holiday table and was disappointed and embarrassed at what was delivered. It was a $110 arrangement and looked like maybe $65. It felt it was not nearly as full as they pictured on their website - there were not as many red roses or carnations. They even cheaped out on the ribbon. If they were short on red roses there are several other red flowers they could have substituted. read more

I ordered a funeral arrangement online, the day before the viewing (Pataskala location). They delivered on time, actually very early, and the arrangement was beautiful! I was very pleased with the process and the delivery. I would use them again. read more

I needed an arrangement sent to a dear friend for a special occasion. I searched Griffin's out on yelp and felt the reviews were good. I needed sunflowers, specifically. I found and arrangement on their web site and ordered it to be delivered a few days later. I never spoke to anyone, just used their on line system. I was hoping they would have the sunflowers and not a substitute. They came through with flying colors! The arrangement was exactly as pictured and my friend was overwhelmed on what was a very difficult day. They were delivered in a timely manner and the flowers were fresh. I will be recommending and using Griffins in the future. read more

I was very disappointed with the planter I purchased. I thought I was getting a nice planter for my great nephews funeral, but it ended up being very small, and very expensive! We weren't sure we could make the funeral, but we were able to fly to Pataskala, Ohio for the funeral on Sunday. Boy am I glad I got to see what I ordered with my own eyes! I ordered the planter on Friday, with instructions for delivery on Saturday. My planter wasn't delivered until Sunday (day of funeral) and I was extremely disappointed with the size of it! For the price paid, and the end product I received, well I won't be purchasing from Griffin's again! I'm even more disappointed because Griffin's was recommended to me, however, I won't make the same mistake again. K. Howald Centennial, CO 80122 read more

I did an "on line order" in April a couple of days in advance of when I needed it, the day came around and by 3pm it still hadn't arrived. I live 3 miles from the store in Pataskala... when I called to check, I was informed the arrangement was in Columbus and I was last on the route. Thought I was burying local? Tried again this past Friday, I needed 3 dozen red roses in a pinch. So I went into small town Pataskala, their street sign says walk in or curb service. I went in and asked for "cash and carry" flowers, no arrangement needed. There were none in the case and told it would be 20 minutes. Ok, how much (no menu pricing)? After about 10 minutes, the young lady came back and hesitated saying $180. Cash and carry?? Yes!! Been buying roses for 35 years, never paid more than $40 for cash and carry in February? Most florist run sales on roses in June, not a hot wedding flower. I didn't feel like they knew pricing or wanted my business. I drove anther 5 minutes to big box Kroger's... great price, great service, the lady took me right to them. In and out in less than I could get a price here. So sad for ya.... 4 star in April, 1 star this week... read more

This is the second year in a row that I have purchased a corsage for my mother for Mother's Day that has gone bad in less than 24 hours. I picked up the corsage of 6 sweetheart roses on Saturday and by Sunday at noon after an hour of wearing the corsage it is turning brown and the greenery is dying. My mother called to me not to waste ant more money at Griffin's. read more

I cannot say enough good things about working with Griffin's Floral Designs. Russ worked closely with us to be sure that we were getting everything we wanted for our wedding day. He asked our budget and was very respectful to stay within our budget, not trying to up sell us anything else. I also appreciated that Russ gave us his professional opinion, but in the end was not afraid to do what we wanted. Russ took a lot of the stress out of picking flowers because he was so knowledgeable, and had gained so much of our trust. We had ordered a trial run of our centerpieces so we could see what he did and change anything we did not like. There was not one thing we could find that we did not like when we saw the trial run. The flowers were GORGEOUS on our wedding day. I could not have been happier. I highly recommend Griffin's Floral Designs for your day. read more

I have been using them as my go to flower shop for my company for a about 6 years. I have had nothing but great experiences with them, and they deliver anywhere I ask, which is important seeing we are national. Highly recommend. read more
