I had and a great experience today at this location. Tiffany assisted me with an altogether uncommon excitement and energy to ensure I walked out more then satisfied with my purchase. I brought in a new vase and asked for her ideas. She took the time to explore the many options. She could see I really had no clue what I wanted. She said she would be right back. She returned with the excellent assortment of flowers with additional ideas. They were perfect for what I didn't even know I was looking for. She encouraged me to "assist" in the formation of the arrangement. That was different but alot of fun. When we were done she gave me a high five on what was created. This was our first visit to this store and we only stopped due to the beautiful display of wreaths outside of the building. We were looking for something nice to put on our garage lights to accent our holiday decorations. We walked up and were super surprised at the great prices on their live wreaths. $10 for a nice size wreath with a red bow - Couldn't believe it! We also got a couple of nice live garlands for the doors outside and they were also reasonably priced and nicely decorated. When we went inside to pay we were immediately greeted by the staff who were building flower displays. It took us a total of 2 minutes to walk in and pay for what we wanted. It was a very nice experience and this will be our new go-to place for any live decorations! read more

I ended up leaving and going to another Flowerama that went above and beyond to help me. If you are on the East Side of Columbus, go to the other store north of them. Ordered flowers for delivery for Mother's Day and it did not look like what I ordered. I upgraded for the "fancy" arrangement at $75 which was more full/bigger than the traditional arrangement. When received, it looked even less appealing than the traditional arrangement! I mean, it was still alright but definitely not was pictured. I would order here again if their pictures actually matched what's given. 3 stars given because at least it was a timely deliver. read more

I ordered 3 arrangements over 3 months for my mother because my military family was being stationed overseas and I knew she would miss hearing from us. The first 2 were "absolutely gorgeous" my mothers words. The last arrangement the flowers seemed not so fresh and some were droopy. I contacted the store via email and explained my dissappointment with the last arrangement. They made it right with stellar results! The one I had orginially ordered was out of stock but they contacted my mother and asked her for her preference and they recent a stunning arrangment of hydrangeas. My mother was so overjoyed when she received them that she mentioned calling and thanking them personally. I am impressed with the management at this location and appreciate the exceptional service they provided they went far beyond what I had expected when there was a problem with my order. I stopped by this establishment on Valentine's morning for some flowers around 9 and they were busy! Luckily they had all of their staff working so they were able to get people in and out. They mostly had roses and a few tacky bouquets, so I got a few different bunches of "farm fresh" flowers to mix. They unbunched them and mixed them in a bag for me then tried to sell me chocolates as I was getting rung out. Thanks, but no thanks. When I got them home, I noticed that some of the flowers on a few of the stems were all shriveled up and dead, which was a disappointment, but otherwise they seemed pretty healthy. I would say that I had a decent experience, and I wouldn't mind coming back. read more

I live in California and have used this florist several time within the past 2 years to send my mother in law flowers. I have been more than happy with the service I get over the phone being thousands of miles away I often wonder if the quality of the flowers are as they appear on their website, or if the verbal service I am getting is really as good as it sounds. YES and YES my mother inlaw has always said the arrangements are beautiful and the greatest thing about this florist is after every delivery the driver immediately phones me after dropping off the arrangement to le me know Mrs.Thompson your delivery was just made. there marketing is also genius I often receive emails,reminders for Specials and when I call they have my card on file my info on file and the recioients info. they offer more than just flowers too. Received a phone call from the delivery person that the flowers had been delivered to the funeral home 3 1/2 hours before the visitation started! We drove to the visitation and we were pleasantly surprised how nice the flowers were that we ordered! I also received an e-mail confirmation that the flowers were delivered. Great customer service! I used Flowerama because I read great things from selecting Local shops versus the bigger corporations and e-delivery sites. I placed an order for same-day delivery. I specifically asked to deliver no later than 4pm as recipient will be gone. Who are you delivering it to if that person is no longer there? I called flower shop at 4:15pm (westerville-where order was assigned) just to ask if it was delivered. Of course only when I called, my order "is going out right now". Funny, they always say that. 45 mins later, and now after EOB, still no delivery. Shop is 12 mins away from the business. If you can't do same-day & deliver timely, please don't advertise it. $125 plus meaningful surprise experience for someone is wasted. I wish I had a nice experience like everyone else but we will not use them again. I even opted out a better deal (when delivered next day) to specifically do same-day delivery. Might as well had done next day. Hopefully Flowerama will take this review into consideration to ensure something like this doesn't happen in the future with other customers. read more
