Been to this plaza many times, didn't even notice this was here. But then, didn't need any flowers in the vicinity. Today I needed some to take to the hospital. The gift shop there is small, with limited hours and selection, and I wanted something nicer. This is the closest flower shop. And the flowers here are incredible. Fresh, bright, beautifully arranged. I bought one already in the case, but they will do arrangements for any purpose, of course. The staff were great. Plus, loads of gift items. Religious, cat-related, other themes, etc. Prices are reasonable for the quality. Yelp check-in gets you a discount on a gift item. read more

I have used Reno's for many years (weddings, holidays, birthdays, sympathy, clients, everything ) and have never been even the slightest bit disappointed. The arrangements are always incredibly beautiful and get lots of compliments. I have used other florists for delivery outside of this area and there is a definite difference! The quality and the service are always exceptional. If you need suggestions, they are always very helpful. But most important to me is the beauty and quality of the arrangements and the message that gives the person receiving them. I would highly recommend them! read more

Unfortunately I'm an out of town client- but frequently order for friends and family out of town. I first ordered on their website, paid and then waited for them to open. Once they opened I called to request a photo be sent to me of the completed arrangement. A request I've made every time I'm ordering from out of town and no one has ever batted an eye with that request. I was told by Kathy that they don't do that, we'd just have to trust them and to look at the website if I wanted to see what their arrangements looked like. I wasn't thrilled but said another guest at the funeral could send me a pic and we completed our call. Not 5 minutes later Kathy called me to cancel the order. She said "it was just too far." I asked why it let me place the order online and that even before I placed the order, you're supposed to type in the zip code to be sure they delivered there. She said "we are working on our website." Her customer service skills definitely need brushed up on. It's not a crazy request these days for a florist to send photos of the completed arrangement. Especially when someone from out of town is doing the ordering. The attitude I received for this request was completely unnecessary. Just an all-around bad experience. I ended up ordering from another local florist that was all to happy to send a photo of the completed arrangement! And the new florist was far more affordable for basically the same arrangement. read more

Normally we would go out and. choose our holiday flowers. This Christmas I had them delivered because everyone's is busy or sick. I used the Harry & David website because I was also looking at gift baskets (glad I didn't pay for a gift basket)! As you can see, the centerpiece I really liked, ordered, and paid for is SO much nicer than what we got. Well, at least we know not to order from Reno's ever again! I'm just really disappointed because the centerpiece I saw on the website was SO much prettier. read more

I brought two sets of flowers from here and man they were a hit. My wife love them she said theses are the best flowers she had every had. They lasted awhile as well I say they made it for 7 plus days they were beautifully wrap and the head of the rose were really big and pretty. I wont buy flowers any where else but here I would recommend this place to anybody that wants to make someone's day. The owner is also friendly and makes you feel like they want your business treat you like family. I'll be back to get more. read more

I don't know where to begin with Reno's. From the first phone call to the moment I walked into the shop I was greeted with a sense of family. My first appointment I was given wine to sip on with my mom while we gave Reno my wishlist. His staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Reno was always very very responsive and I never doubted his ability to make my vision come true. He had lots of ideas and suggestions which were very helpful, especially if you're someone who has lots of questions. All of the guests raved over our flowers and the event coordinator asked for his information because they had never seen such beautiful arrangements! My family has used Reno's for floral arrangements as well as high school dance corsages/boutonnieres while I was growing up. Reno was always so welcoming and open to our ideas/specific wants in the flowers. He even created a handmade, live orchid hair piece for me pretty last minute for prom! It was absolutely beautiful. With all that being said I knew I HAD to use Reno's for my bridal party corsages, boutonnieres and bouquets. Reno took the time to meet with me after hours to look over my vision and collaborate with me. There was a slight color scheme change in the middle of planning and he was SO understanding and willing to completely rework the flowers for me. It can be so hard for a bride to plan flowers without having them in front of you to see what they will end up like BUT Reno definitely knows what he is doing. The arrangements were breathtaking! My family and I meet with Reno at the beginning of April of this year for my wedding. We were originally very happy and interested in his ideas and he seemed eager to help us in our endeavors. We were told to expect a proposal/ quote in a week but it might take a little longer due to prom and mothers day coming up. Totally understandable. After a month of no contact I emailed Reno. 1 week later I sent another email. I then called 2 more times and my mother an additional 2 more times and were told each time that he would get back to us that day or that he was busy at the moment or that they would put our request on his desk. It is now almost the middle of June and we have not had a single response from him. I understand if it is the busy season however leaving potential customers hanging without a word is highly unprofessional and in all honesty very rude. In the end I had no choice but to move on and use his great ideas with another florist. Over all he seemed like a very nice man however handles business and customers poorly. I would not recommend this business to anyone. read more

Very disappointed. As an out of area buyer they cut corners on my order assuming I would not know. The arrangement was supposed to be in a specific container with balloon added. Did not happen. When the recipient sent me a photo of what she received I called the store (May4). The woman's only response was that she would "have Mr. Reno call me maybe tomorrow or the next day". No one ever got back to me. Not worth the money I spent. 2 stars because they delivered something a lot cheaper than what was ordered. Will not use this business again. read more

Flowers were absolutely beautiful, but the delivery process left a lot to be desired. I received two calls prior to the delivery with strict instructions on where I needed to meet the driver for my Valentine's Day delivery. I know it's a hectic day for all florists, but it completely took the surprise and romance out of it for me. Not to mention I was made to feel as though my meeting schedule was unimportant and the driver would leave with my delivery if I weren't there at a specific time. I work for a big corporation, so deliveries aren't the easiest. However, it was still a disappointing experience. read more

Beautiful place. I've lived around this area my whole life, and I just went into Reno's Floral and Gifts yesterday for the first time to see about some flowers for my wedding. They were all so nice and polite, treated me like I was their only bride, and personally worked with me on the flowers. He had great suggestions and ideas and always asked my opinion. Very nice and helpful. I only needed a boquet for myself and one matron of honor, and a boutinere for my groom and best man. He didn't pressure me to buy more, or scoff at how little the wedding party was. They also have tons of cat stuff like rugs and picture frames about cats because they love cats! Will definitely use them again for gifts and flowers. read more

Sad to say but the initially gorgeous arrangement delivered last Thursday was half dead by Monday morning .

This place is AMAZING! I had an issue with a larger company that sent my order to Renos, even though my order was not what I wanted there was nothing Renos could do but they were sincerely sorry. When I called the next day to get a different bouquet the staff was very friendly and helpful! The bouquet she made was BEAUTIFUL. Tons of blooms! The roses were an exquisite pink!
