Honestly, I've gotten better Mexican food from the "roach coach" back in the day when I worked in a factory. The lighting was also weird. It kept dimming and getting brighter. We are a family of 5 and my boys eat enough for a family of 17, but it was the perfect amount of food. We even had some leftovers for my husband to eat for lunch the next day. The rest of my family was just as big of a fan as my daughter. My youngest is pretty picky and he told me ahead of time that he does NOT like fajitas, but helped himself to many servings....and told me he really liked this meal. One great touch, though, was the complimentary chips with three different dips served as an appetizer. While we're not huge fans of that kind of snack, many people are, so it's definitely a nice addition while waiting for the main course.
