    Nachos and Guacamole

If you're staying in Rosemont, you need to visit this place! The staff are very engaging and offered excellent suggestions for my indecisive self. The nachos were an easy favorite, and loved loading them with the sour cream and guacamole provided in a tortilla bowl!! I thought it was excellent presentation. My boyfriend and I also agree that the mole is very rich and authentic, and the chicken in the enchiladas is so tender and delicious! If you can, I recommend asking for a table on the stone patio, though there is one table you will get the sun in your eyes during golden hour. Very tasty! We ate our leftovers the next day for breakfast!! xD

We go at least once a week for the FOOD. The food is great, full of flavor. The wait staff is not great, very slow to greet you, slow to take your order, slow to follow up. If they improve this constant staff issue, this restaurant would be stellar.

AMAZING chicken fajitas and margaritas!!! From the outside this restaurant looks small, but when you walk in, it's very spacious. The staff there is wonderful and provides great customer service. We ordered the chicken fajitas and tacos. The tacos were ok - I'm not a fan of (dry) shredded chicken. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Great place like always. Local Mexican restaurant with solid food and great service. The location isn't too bad either. I would recommend trying it out if you haven't. The carne asada was perfectly cooked and the margarita was amazing. Good crowd with all ages. Definitely give it a shot.

I don't believe I caught my servers name, but I think it was Mary. She was bartending and serving 20+ people. Knew her regulars, was excellent and had time to speak Spanish with me during my first visit here. Thoroughly enjoyed the platinum margarita, the Guacamole and the asada quesadilla. Delicious, reasonably priced for Rosemont, and nice environment. Would recommend it and especially the server/bartender for professionalism and courtesy.

I love this place.. it's been years but their food is still amazing. The service is good and I love the casual ambiance. I had the steak enchiladas that are so yummy. I will definitely be back

The guacamole was the best I have had. My daughter got the carne asada and she loved it. The jalapeño was so delicious and spicy. The steak was also solid. I got the spicy chicken Azteca and it was great, with some heat and great rice and beans. Great meal!

Time to be seated was less than five minutes for a party of four around 2:20 PM on a Sunday; busier times or days enforce their 90 minute time limit policy per table. The food was well seasoned, wish I tasted it a little more on the meat itself, yet all the vegetables tasted crisp and fresh. If you are looking to have intimate conversations be prepared to speak a lot louder, the DJ booth by the front keeps it pretty lively, but difficult to hold conversations across the table. Open authentic Mexican soda is always refreshing, and if you're looking for a place that has soft serve margaritas this is one of them. If you notice and unusual wait time or slow service please make your choice accordingly as I started to notice it was a case by case basis like some of the previous reviews had mentioned.

I must admit that I had low expectations because quite frankly, I have not enjoyed Mexican food outside of Mexico or California. However, we were hungry, and it was near where we were staying, so I decided we should check it out, and I am so glad we did! The food was great. Both adults and the VERY picky children in our group all enjoyed our meals. I ordered the green chicken enchiladas and the other adult ordered a chile relleno combo, which I also got to try. Everything was delicious and devoured by all! We were so full but the owner talked us into the chocoflan, and we did not regret trying it. It was soooo good! Speaking of the owner, the service was great. We really enjoyed how he and the rest of the staff were very courteous. It is a small establishment, and it gets a good amount of people, so I assume that there are waits during peak hours. I highly recommend Sabroso! And we plan to return the next time we are in the area.

There's no parking lot, but we found free street parking on Erie Street right next to the restaurant. We'll definitely come back!

They were meant to be assembled into a homemade tortilla - a very interesting concept. The homemade tortillas were so warm and fluffy. I have never had such good tortillas.
