Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact the clinic, and not once has anyone returned my calls. Instead of fixing the problem or honoring the service I already paid for, staff keep trying to upsell me on other services. That is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I paid in full for laser treatments--not for excuses or sales pitches. This is extremely poor management and unacceptable customer service. If you cannot deliver the services you advertise and take full payment for, you should not be operating this way. Management needs to take accountability immediately. Two people did my injection at once and because of this I have a crooked face. Why would you rush something that has the longevity of 5-7 years? Why did you even suggest it? I didn't even know they were injecting my cheekbones ( where I'm asymmetrical now) until it was too late. My already beautiful lifted cheekbones did not need more volume. She promised me my face shape would not change. It has drastically changed. Some how this makes my cheekbones less lifted. This way to much volume in my face and managed to my my beautiful jawline heavy and less defined. My face actually looke saggier and the sad part is that it didnt even fix the problem I came in for.
