She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and is so upbeat. If you are considering laser hair removal please ask for Erin at Jiva Med Spa.. you won't regret it! Backstory: I have been battling unsightly facial hair as a female for 8 or so years now thanks to PCOS. With the price of the Groupon being so affordable, I figured I had nothing to lose considering the amount of money I've spent on waxing over the years. I have had a *wonderful* experience at Jiva Med Spa! From the front desk staff, to the initial consultation, to the appointments ALL staff has been AMAZING! I will continue to recommend this facility to any of my friends who are considering laser hair removal.

I purchased a laser treatment package in December 2025 and had to wait until late February for my…read morefirst session without any prior notice. That kind of delay, with zero communication, is completely unacceptable. After the first treatment, there was no follow-up whatsoever. It's clear this business does not prioritize its customers once they've paid. It only gets worse. My second treatment was scheduled for March 26, and again, no one bothered to inform me of any issues. I had to call myself to confirm, only to find out that Tisha had resigned and my appointment couldn't happen. No call, no email, no effort to notify me. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact the clinic, and not once has anyone returned my calls. Instead of fixing the problem or honoring the service I already paid for, staff keep trying to upsell me on other services. That is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I paid in full for laser treatments--not for excuses or sales pitches. This is extremely poor management and unacceptable customer service. If you cannot deliver the services you advertise and take full payment for, you should not be operating this way. Management needs to take accountability immediately. It literally feels like you have to beg them to provide the service you already paid for. Seriously!

DESTROYED MY NATURAL BEAUTY. I was told my face shape would not change. Therese suggested sculptra…read moreto me- biggest mistake I have made in my entire life. Please do your research. This stuff doesn't go away for at least 5-7 years and in some cases never. This has been the saddest I have been in my life. I wish more than anything I could have my old face back. I went in initially for an aquagold treatment and prf ez gel facial. I see now why Theresa talked me into sculptra. So she could leave work earlier and make the same amount of money. Two people did my injection at once and because of this I have a crooked face. Why would you rush something that has the longevity of 5-7 years? Why did you even suggest it? I didn't even know they were injecting my cheekbones ( where I'm asymmetrical now) until it was too late. My already beautiful lifted cheekbones did not need more volume. She promised me my face shape would not change. It has drastically changed. Some how this makes my cheekbones less lifted. This way to much volume in my face and managed to my my beautiful jawline heavy and less defined. My face actually looke saggier and the sad part is that it didnt even fix the problem I came in for. This is beyond traumatizing. You can gaslight me all you want. My face is destroyed. My high cheekbones were my best feature and now they are crooked and look less high. I have lost all my joy, and I no longer want to do anything in fear of people seeing me. I look fake. Its a horrible never ending nightmare everyday to hope to cling on to your natural face and everyday see it get worse. Please don't let them do this to you. I will have to get psychiatric help and go see a plastic surgeon. Sadly there is NOTHING anyone can do to stop this stuff or make it go away. I hope my story helps others from having their natural beauty destroyed. NO ONE deserves to feel the pain I am going through. It has affected my job my as a mother and my friendships. I cry every single day over this. Ironically their business is named Joie De Vivre, but because of what they have done to me I have lost my joy for life. How can you hide your face? I worked a week straight with no breaks to afford this. All for them to ruin my beauty in 15 minutes time.
